Not a major issue, i suppose, to waste a few bucks to find out that a large ,respected organization (why?)such as Becketts, is totally unconcerned or incapable of providing any customer service what so ever. The details on any given player cards are non-existent for the most part, and like a spoiled superstar player , Beckett doesn't care to answer any questions when they fail to perform. Dont waste your time or money.
This app is useless. A ton of prices are n/a and why have a picture feature if it doesn’t work. Most of the results come back with no picture available and the search by photo feature has been down for maintenance for over a week. What exactly are we paying for? All this app is currently good for is to organize which I can do for free in Excel or other apps. I won’t be renewing my subscription.

I like the idea of this but the platform isn’t super user friendly.
I just spent 11 bucks for no access to price lists. Looking at selling cards and can’t navigate the app. Maybe because I’m no expert but this was a waste of money. Beckett was the holy grail when I was a kid, but they are now just a scam.
Really needs a list option (no pics) like the printed price guides. If I have a bunch of 2015 Topps cards, I want to easily scroll through and see what might be of value.
The app will not accept any password that meets the specified criteria. Therefore, I cannot create an account and use the app. Useless.
Loading please wait for 5 mins and still hasn’t loaded. Every other page or app that I tried accessing has worked. Why is the one that I pay a small fortune for NOT work!!

If card collecting was your childhood hobby and you haven’t touched your collectibles in 20 years....this app is not for you!!! The organization for picture recognition fails 8/10 times. Maybe this app works for newer cards but forget about it if your cards are from the 80’s and 90’s. Worst of all, after wasting an evening over this app the customer service team was completely unempowered to issue a refund. $40 for an app that just frustrated me for four hours and was identified to be a failure. I asked for a manager to follow up with me but they never bothered. So at the end of the day, I don’t mind spending the $40 dollars if I can help just one person not waste their time and money on this app that needs to be clear about its lack of capabilities. Great concept, just overpromised and underdelivered.
