Use the scan a card option to get pricing & every time it will come up with nothing. Don’t waste your time or patience on this app
Not a great app to begin with and then they follow it up with outrageous price increase. Bye.
I needed to check some prices for some older cards and reluctantly paid $35 for it. Not only was it annoying to use, but after a month, I saw another $35 charge. I never signed up for auto renewal, and the app would not let me unsubscribe. So I emailed customer service. No response. I called, and they said my second $35 charge was non-refundable. Such a waste. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
This app is so difficult to use and once you finally find a card, you better hope it’s not an insert with a weird #. Oh, and what about full set prices that used to be present in the paper price guides? Non-sports cards are very hard to find, if at all. This app leaves so much to be desired. Do the app designers even use it? Arghh!
Like the app for the most part except for when my subscription renews it says I have to buy a subscription but when I try to buy a subscription it says I’m already subscribed. It should just flow into the next month if I renew it yet it doesn’t do that for me. Not sure if anyone else has this problem.
Why can’t I search by seller on the app? If you can, it’s not obvious. Poor design, antiquated system.
This app seems to be stuck in the 90’s. The UI is garbage and makes no sense. When I tried to purchase a subscription, they took my money but the app failed to recognize my subscription, forcing me to contact their customer support. Customer support was also a nightmare. I had to speak to two very unhelpful reps who ultimately asked me to send them an email in order to “prove” my purchase. 18 hours later and no response from anyone. Now I’m forced to cancel the subscription and request a refund from Apple. Don’t waste your time with this app until they do a complete overhaul and make it actually work.
Most useless app ever. You have to pay for a subscription to find the values of your cards.
I didn’t even get onto the app. It first told me to put in a password. I put in a password and it told me the requirements and one of the things was adding a special character. I add a special character and it tells me the only ones you can add are, “-“ or “_”. I change to one of those and then it tells me my password and confirm password don’t match. I tried multiple time with different and the same passwords to get in but it still didn’t let me in. I finally gave up on what felt like the 50 millionth time trying to put a password. Very frustrated and thoroughly do not recommend this app from just my password catastrophe experience. Thank you for your time and for listening to me ramble.
The app itself is okay. The search engine is very poor and will not fine what you are looking for most of the time unless you are extremely specific. The shady part is when is comes to auto-renewal. When purchasing a 1-month subscription from my phone, the subscription management was tied to my iCloud account. I canceled from my iCloud account but continued to be charged because I didn’t go into my account IN BECKETT’S app to cancel there as well. That is a pretty deceptive practice in my opinion. I have never had to cancel a subscription in multiple places for any other service in my life. I wonder how much extra revenue they generate because of this extra, unexplained step. I will not pay them another cent.
