I’ve set this up and not getting alerts by sound. I physically have to go look. Not happy for the cost of app. Hasn’t worked since I got it.
Used this app everyday. And working for a local tv station, it was nice to be able to stay up on the weather around the area. It was nice to get so much information (watches, warnings, AFDs) pushed straight to my phone. Then they went and added a “subscription” just to get those pushes. I get it. Wanting to make money on an app you created. But to provide those pushes for free for years but now it costs. Nope. I’m out.

No longer can find the davenport weather service and Iowa severe thunderstorm watches and warnings are out and push notifications are on nothing if you use the davenport weather service not recommended
As a blind person, knowing what the weathers going to do for me for traveling every day is an absolute necessity. I am pleased to say that this app accomplishes that all in one seamless app. VoiceOver works very well with this app, everything reads, buttons are properly labeled, and I can get around the app with no problems. I absolutely love when an app developer designs an app with Accessibility in mind right from the beginning, and this app developer has clearly done their job and done it very well.
Excellent app for storm spotters and weather enthusiasts to have quick and easy access to National Weather Service text-based products. I use this app every day. Push alerts and and favorites feature are especially handy.
This app is amazing. ANY product from ANY National Weather Service office or Storm Prediction Center can be pushed immediately to your device as soon as it is issued. The tech support is second to none if you have any questions or need help. With location services on this app can alert you of any weather alerts issued by the NWS for your current location.
Love current version (2016) with the upgraded "Hazards around me".
Not stable, erratic performance and frequent crashes.
I have searched long and hard for an app that could deliver custom weather notifications to my phone. This app is that app and I relied on it for my weather alert notifications ever since downloading it. Yes this app has had issues, in fact I got so frustrated with the bugs I contacted the developers. To my delight they have been super responsive and have helped fix issues that I have contacted them with. This app has a lot of potential and I am hopeful that continued development of this app can make it into a powerful weather enthusiast tool.
