It freezes up a lot

App troubles

I love my Cricut. However, the app has given me troubles in some form or fashion more times than not. MacOS. Very frustrating.

Horrible app don’t waste your time

This is the glitchiest app I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You don’t care about customer care or you would do something about the horrible app that crashes every two seconds and won’t let you do anything. I wish I bought a silhouette

Cricut problems

My Cricut was having trouble since day one but I emailed the company and they never responded so I just worked around the problems but now it getting to the point that I’m regretting but this. Sometimes it’s work but most of the time it won’t even connect to my phone correctly

Unusable

Been using this app on my iPad for years. It has always been a little buggy but 90% of the time it worked fine. Now it won’t even start up. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve logged in and out. every time I try to open it, it freezes on the screen with a little gray loading wheel. I can’t even get to a blank project to begin. Can’t open a saved project either. This is totally ridiculous. People depend on this tool to make a living. Missing a deadline can mean losing a client forever. Fix it!!

Problems

Why do I have a problem at least once a week where nothing wants to work in design space to clean up an image???? It’s getting pretty annoying. I try clean up the words “life is sweet” go to clean out the e in sweet and it makes the word life disappear… after how many years there is still issues????

Stops responding

Recently, I updated the app and when I tried to make some decals, it wouldn’t let me change the material or cancel the entire cut when the cut destroyed my vinyl.
