This piece of crap doesn’t work, was a wasted money. Don’t fall for this junk.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviewers, the app needs much more work. I have a 2015 Fit EX, and have had difficulty getting and maintaining a connection. When I do get a connection, I get one “frozen” screen, then nothing until I reboot the phone. Other times, it won’t even connect, giving me STUPID error messages, such as “HDMI cable not connected” ON THE Honda screen!!! How can we get hold of the previous version that is “supposedly” better??? BTW - the app seems to work O. K. when running “stand-alone”, although there are better “stand-alone” apps, such as “INRIX Traffic”, which is FREE!!! How do we get refunds??? Or better versions??? SOON????
This app is dangerous to use with the head unit touchscreen, even when selecting an address from favorites. If we could search for an address using dictation it would be a lot safer and users would be more eager to use the app instead of illegally using the phone with google/Apple maps in hand.
One of the most expensive apps I’ve ever purchased considering it no longer works. How can I get directions with no service?
If I could give this a 0 I would. It was expensive for an app and it doesn’t work. Honda should be ashamed.
OMG, didn’t realize this app doesn’t work on Honda Pilot. Just wasted $60!
Honda really need to update their navigation app or allow models such as the CRV to display Google Maps when driving. The navigation app is the worst. The app works when it wants and routes are outdated.
Please update this for the iPhone XS Max. I can not hook my phone up to my screen anymore for maps or any other app!
Does not work with iOS12. Useless until Honda decides to fix.
Hasn’t worked since I upgraded to iOS 12. Contacted Honda and nothing has been done to fix the issue.
