Cannot Complete Entire Course On The Actual App?
I’m frustrated by not being able to complete the entire course using my smartphone app. I can view videos within the course but I cannot complete actual assignments. What is the point of having an app if it doesn't fully work? This is inconvenient for me.
Love Coursera but this app stinks
This review is for the app only. I have tried and tried to get this app to work on the IPad Pro but it simply will not load the data which makes learning on the go impossible.
In accessible and intuitive platform
I’m a blind person, however, this platform presents a mixture of accessibility and content availability that is simply wonderful. for blind people, or at least in my case this presents a wonderful opportunity to learn and progress in a career or further my studies. With this thought in mind, I get full price to the platform. I also hope that more efforts can be put into making the platform as accessible as possible to not only blind people, but other people with any kind of disability.
Login failed
For some reason when I go to log in it says to enter two factor code on the app but how am I supposed to get that if I can’t even log in?? Make it make sense. Already tried PW reset.
MFA prevents the Apple TV app
MFA prevents the Apple TV app from signing in.
Their rep is deceptive.
I decided to take a risk with Coursera and try a creative writing class. I was shocked that it was fairly expensive, and then the wicker, so I used it I’ve written two essays review to other people’s essays, and the third is no record of it on the app or the website. I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service without any response. I have definitely looked for a phone number. I could use to call them and find out what’s going on. They don’t have a customer service phone number either way I warn you off! Don’t risk your money with them.
Excellent Program!
Before beginning this course, I wasn’t familiar with Information Technology. Upon completing this first course in the program, I’m more interested!
