Can’t log in

Tapping the return key or the login button does nothing, not even an error message. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it: nothing. I can log into the website just fine.

Love it

I have been a customer of Zack’s for several years, it has been a good source of information. Definitely love it. Nicholas B. (Nick) is the expert whom I always go to, he has been a wonderful help. Should you have any questions, I’d recommend you to contact Nick. He’ll have answers for you. The mobile app could be more user friendly, that’s true. I’ve seen a big improvement since I started using it years ago. Look forward to seeing more of it.
