I go to sleep with this app every night. I am prayed for and thinking about my Jesus. No more bad dreams and night terrors. Worth every cent!
I’m so thankful for this app, I’ve been using the bedtime stories off and on to fall asleep or get back to sleep if my precious hubby is not snoring to loud (I snore too). I just discovered the daily meditation and tomorrow will be day 3, I’m loving it.
Very helpful with their guided meditations. I also struggle with insomnia at times and this app has consistently helped me to fall asleep as well! Please give it a try!
I’m a college student and I found myself using this app a lot because of the meditation and bible access. I used to be able to choose any topic to play and listen to to calm my mind. Now you guys are making us pay for certain things within the app and limiting us😐
The sleep isn’t free for the one anymore
I’ve needed help with the discipline to spend time with God each day. I love the opportunity to be quiet and listen. I love that different versions of the Bible are used and that you are given time to think and pray along the way. I love the opening and closing prayers. Would even like the sessions to be longer with more time for meditation and quiet prayer.
Probably a personal preference but it seems to me your daily devotionals have gone more toward meditations and deep breathing and relaxing, and pauses in between, which I guess are good but can be annoying to me. I also feel it cuts down on the “meat” of the message, especially to those of us who enjoy the short segment. So instead of looking forward to this devotional I’m kind of doing it as taking medicine, which is not always a bad thing, but not as enjoyable as it was previously. I don’t know if anyone else feels this way but I’m thinking of dropping it and taking it out of my daily routine. Not sure yet though, maybe the good Lord is trying to tell me something through this phase. Just wanted to give you a little feedback from another point of view.
I was looking for a Christian based meditation app and this one looked promising but I was not able to adequately evaluate it without signing up! Yes the first week is free but you have to give them a credit card and cancel at the end of the week. The only free meditation is two minutes. Yes I understand this is a business with employees to pay but I would suggest giving the 5 min meditation for free at least. The price for subscription is high and I will also never do auto renew which always feels like a bit of a scam to me. How many of us have the time to remember to cancel it. Which is what a lot of the apps rely on.
I absolutely love this app. I am so grateful for its help in getting me to sleep through the sleep stories. They were so relaxing and I listened to the same one every single night for at least a month or two. When I opened the app the next night and didn’t see the same meditation, I grew panicked for a moment but then realized that God’s Word is God’s Word and I shouldn’t be too dependent on a specific routine. So I found another meditation and listened to it for another month. However, upon opening the app tonight, I have found that all of the sleep stories are locked and I am now unable to listen to any of them. I’m not quite sure what I’m going to do now, because this app took so long to find, but I trust that God will lead me to His peace in another way. I would only recommend that there should be at least one free Sleep Story still available for those unable to purchase a premium account.
This app used to be prayer oriented. Now we are being told to breathe in and out. Christian meditation is not breathing in and out. It is reading the Word of God, thinking about it and praying about it. This is so disappointing that it has gone this direction.
