Auto log out
Pay attention to the working of the app. It will logout on its own on mobile phone thereby leaving your phone vulnerable.

About to erase McAfee due to the inability to recognize I have a new subscription that renews in aug 2024. Constantly receiving emails stating my subscription needs to be renewed. What goes????

I loathe companies that spam notifications especially after 1 entire month of the free trial being expired. Idc if the product they advertise is good its terrible if they have to remind me when i never paid for it and that i cant get rid of the notifications on my laptop.
Bad App, Bad Customer Service
VPN disconnects daily. App logs me out once a week. Contacted customer service through the App and through website numerous times. No response. If you want a VPN that doesn’t provide reliable service and a company that doesn’t provide any customer service then buy this app. If you want reliability - use anything but McAfee. Update: App logged me out today. No VPN reliability on public Wi-Fi. McAfee, cancel my subscription immediately. Your product is completely unreliable.
Trying to charge me something I didn’t sign up for !
This is bogus You guys sent me an email I owe $400 and something’s dollars for something I never signed up for ! I need to speak to someone asap!
Buggy
Not too sure what is going on lately. App has always been buggy, but the flaws seemed stable / consistent. Since the Sept 2023 update - not so much. Logs me out almost daily. VPN feature is hit or miss and will toggle on its own. In addition, many other apps do not work when VPN is active. I get it - that’s what VPN does, but many of the apps are well-established.
Cannot contact support. App keeps closing.
