Great but some places you can order from don’t give you very many options. For example subway you should be able to make your own sub instead of choosing pre made subs.
Honestly never had any bad experience up until today like legit two hours to pick up food from a restaurant I live 5 minutes away from!!!!
Noticed my DoorDash we picked up my food 6 mins after I ordered. Then noticed they made another stop after for food. Delivered it. Then mine. Waited longer than necessary and food was cold. Pretty lame that they take multiple deliveries across town at once.
Great app! Easy to use and can get anything u want! Still trying to see if u can order from different places...I have one of those families that all want something different at dinner time!
DoorDash let’s literally any lazy fool behind the wheel deliver your food. That might not be an issue depending on where you live, but In California? It’s UNACCEPTABLE. Let’s be real, half of these people can’t even speak English. The other half can’t follow directions. They take orders when they’re 45 minutes away and make you wait twice as long just so they can take your money. Dirty, sketchy, and rude drivers 80% of the time. Bad experience literally the majority of the time. Once again, I’m sure it really depends where you live, but if it’s a big city or a shadier area, you’ll be lucky if your DoorDash driver doesn’t try and stick you up, LOL
Coming from a restaurant perspective I hate it I’d give 0 stars if I could orders always get messed up and we have angry customers calling us and blaming us even tho it’s not our fault. They make you read off every price for every item and when busy this is very inconvenient if the totals don’t match up they have to hang up and give you call back which is another inconvenience. Also the drivers want better tips so they make you put a ton of extra stuff in the bag yet you aren’t even getting tip so why go above in beyond for someone else to get a good tip. Stupid. If you’re a restaurant I would not recommend putting your business on DoorDash.
My first delivery charge was supposed to be free!
I had an issue where I was waiting for the delivery outside my house, the girl and the guy just looked at me and kept driving! Naturally I waited thinking they would comeback, never made it, they offered $10 off the next purchase, they never answered my emails, I gave them another chance after a few months, guess what? They cancelled my order after 35 minutes waiting! Deleted App, never will use again and will tell my network about my horrible experience.
