No full screen?

This is a Remote Desktop app… how this does not have the full screen option on an external monitor is beyond me.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I find it odd there are negative reviews. This app is polished and responsive. It does exactly what it was meant to do. I have had no issues with it. If you just want to connect to your computer when you’re not at home this app is not the answer for you. Try VNC Connect or TeamViewer or LogMeIn or something else.

Stops music when connecting to client

This app works pretty well for my needs; however, it stops music that is playing after connecting with client. Tried to submit support request, but I’m not wasting time to go through a slew of support articles to provide this feedback.

Bugs and such

It’s great that I can still RD into my desktop but I’m running into constant bugs. Things like not being able to type on an iPad Pro magic keyboard when RD is on a remote monitor or that the app top bar is incredibly sensitive, the one that has three dots for window management. Even that the app doesn’t support side view. Overall it seems like the the app hasn’t been fully tested or put to use by the developers.

no right click when using an external trackpad

this would be an amazing RDP client however when using an external trackpad such as apples magic trackpad or logitechs keyboard with trackpad for ipad pro there’s no right click of any kind that i have found, you have to press and hold on the object for right click which is extremely clunky when remoting into a server and trying to right click on an OU or user object in active directory or something

Why no full screen on external displays via Stage Manager?

The app is great except for one very significant issue. It does not allow for full screen use while using an external display via Stage Manager. The in-browser experience is pretty awful, but with this limited space, the app isn’t much better. Can you please change that?

Remote Display on iPad OS does not do Full Screen

Trying to use the Remote Desktop application to do Full screen on the remote Display does not function at all. The window size does not change. Fix this and it will be a big win.

Does not scale the display

Whenever I connect to a host that is unable to change its resolution to my iPad's resolution, I get a distorted, stretched RDP display, which is one thing, but my mouse clicks are all offset vertically and horizontally so that I never know what I'm going to click. This probably works great with modern WIndows hosts, but that is not the use-case I had for this, and it should still be usable if the host doesn't support the client's native resolution. One star.

Error code 0x104…

Seems to work fine with a laptop PC and with an old Apple MacBook Air. But persistently fails with Apple mobile devices. Managed to connect ONCE with my iPhone, then persistently getting the “unable to find the PC” message and the usual Error Code 0x104. Never worked at all with my new iPad.
