Horrible customer service
There was an issue with their system and a boost I selected. They acknowledged their system was messed up but wouldn’t refund(adjust) the issue. Not the first time this happened just finally irritated enough. -10 star review but have to select 1!
Transfer
I was trying to change my banking information. I entered the information, but it did not change. It would happen when I’m still using the previous bank account which is not bad, but I wouldn’t mind, but I would want it to change it to my TDBank.
Takes to long
I’m starting to switch over to Zelle and Venmo. They have no fees and you get your money quicker

Great app for sending money recipients receive it instantly. I have been using it for years.
Easy to set up and easy to use.
I’ve been using cash app for a few years now and have had very few issues when compared to others.
Just, okay.
Pretty okay lots of cool stuff you can do with this money app yet it’s almost the only one that can not recover money if you got scammed. Pretty sad. I won’t be using it any more just poor customer service.
CASH APP STEALING MONEY
I was charged a fee that I wasn’t supposed to be charged I reached out to cash app and told them and they responded I have to wait because it’s pending the next following morning check my balance to see if it was back on my card it disappeared and wasn’t in my history the company disputed it cause I been done with that company since January.. Reached out to cash app to let them know and they tell me it’s nothing they can do after I was supposed to be refunded cash app kept my money and not responding I’m gonna get lawyers involved now .. BEWARE OF CASHAPP IF THEY NOT STEALING THEY SHUTTING ACCOUNTS DOWN
