App won’t let me change prices and keeps kicking me out

This is the only app that makes my phone overheat!

I’ve submitted countless bug reports to HCP and they just don’t care! Their app makes my iPhone 11 Pro Max overheat until it displays the “your phone needs to cool down” message and crashes. I’ve done everything from resetting my phone to a fresh iOS to not backing up or restoring my data thinking it’s a corrupt backup. It still overheats when I run HCP! I can play any graphic intensive game I want and no overheating, but I use HCP for 2 minutes and it overheats.

As a small business we were not at the level to hire staff, for many of our needs. Thankfully we found House Call Pro and it changed the way our business operates. We can operate on the go, and access our schedules, we can invoice, schedule appts, even see our sales over the year and the percentage of estimates vs jobs won to adjust our marketing strategies. Highly recommend them, on top of all of this they have great customer service. We really appreciate them working hard for our money.

The training videos and support groups HouseCall Pro are among the best in any industry I’ve ever had to get support from. First of all I was recommend by my good friend to use this app. He does Plumbing and installations and I do landscaping. Although there are apps specifically designed for Landscaping, I chose to do this app instead and I’m extremely satisfied. It organizes all my bookings according to when I set them. The system is super simple and allows me to adjust things on the go, no problems asked. It also has an in-house review system, but you may get your Facebook as well as google reviews linked to them as well. Another thing I love is that this app sends my clients notifications when I’ve booked a service, when I’m en route, when the services has been completed, and the invoice. This app is great. They continue to improve on the things that are not perfect so if it doesn’t have a particular feature you may have to be patient. For the most part the communication and advertising you can set up with customers is streamline and makes life easier. My customers and employees love it! No more paperwork or filling out invoices in paper form to hand over to the office so they can duplicate online. The invoices are completed once the job is complete and all of your income is visible on your home screen.

Won’t connect to quick books on line the platform constantly crashes and ruins estimates that take hours to complete. Purchased I phone and I pad for sole purpose of using this system so far no luck still crash. Credit Cardi payment system glitched 5500 went into the account after a week pass the original deposit date.

I must say at first when my wife insist that I get this service, I was weary, I am not a techy, so I can say it is Very helpful in my day to day and she no longer have to assist me, I know have my business on the go. I love it in every way.
