Never had issues finding tickets In the past but recently I cannot buy tickets at all it just loads forever. I’d give zero stars if I could

Garbage app
The app makes you choose individual seats and then tells you they are no longer available. If you try to update with new seats, it kicks you out and you have to wait in the queue again. Absolute garbage.
Hacked!!!
Got this app just a few days before attempting to buy tickets. While using to buy tickets my iPad was in the process of getting hacked! Called Apple Support (independently-not the number flashing “SECURITY ALERT” pop ups) Luckily we were also using a different way to access buying tickets and were successful!
Not reliable
The concert I purchased tickets for is in two days, I can’t see my tickets in the app yet and e-mails asking for assistance have gone unanswered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Because the app will never give you what you paid for. It was a nightmare to log into my account the first time. I thought it was done when I finally saw the tickets *that I paid for* only to be told I have to go through the same torture all over again “because I haven’t signed in for a while” which is something like 3 weeks. I don’t go to their venues weekly! I’m in full rage with this. I will avoid them at all costs (literally) and try to get them removed. Ticketmaster is a ripoff but at least they deliver.

My first 1 star review. Every time I use this service to buy tickets it says my password is invalid and I’m forced to reset. I buy tickets all the time on various apps and AXS is the only one that has login issues.
