I had been using this app for 6 months. Everything was great until yesterday when it prompted me to renew my AUTO subscription. It could not find my information so I deleted the app and reinstalled. I login to my account and EVERYTHING is gone!!! 😭 I’m buying upset. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I have already emailed the developer, waiting on a reply. So Mr Developer, before you give me your basic general reply, CHECK YOUR EMAILS. Please help me fix this! 🙏

Love this app but it stops working once a month because it says billing issue and can’t renew. Today it happened so I switched to the yearly plan which is a better price deal anyways and it now says I have no subscription...very poor timing as I need to Bill a client today. Hopefully this is fixed tomorrow and doesn’t happen every month moving forward.

Works great no issues
For some reason the app is asking me for my password. I’ve tried to reset it 3 times and a reset email has never been received. I sent support an email but haven’t heard back. I love this app. But I can’t get in and I need access ASAP! Help! Thank you!
Great - easy program
I’ve had many invoice apps over the year but this one is my favorite by far!
