All it is is a list of recipes that you subscribe to for $12 a month. Not worth it. If it was like the Keto app where it gave you tons of info about the diet and blood pressure/weight tracking options, then it may be worth it. But it’s just a recipe book you subscribe to monthly. Just find that online for free.
I signed up for monthly and was to receive 7 days free. I was charged immediately out of my account. I am trying to get a refund. And have cancelled. This is not the diet for me.

I really like the recipes and that it creates a shopping list for you. That is super helpful. I don’t know if I just haven’t figured out how to use it all the way or what, but I wish it showed you all the nutrition facts so I can calculate how much sodium I’ve had for the day and can put higher sodium recipes with lower ones for my meal planning.
I do NOT wish to continue to be charged monthly. I do not use this ap. How do I end my subscription?
This app only tells what to eat and not you choice. Some of the listed “daily” meals didn’t work for me. I did not want some unknown entity telling me here is your meal. I wanted help fitting my lifestyle into the DASH Diet, i.e., planning my meals. Do not pay for this. I paid and haven’t used their “suggested” plans yet. #1, I won’t go out and buy food for one suggested meal and then have tontoss out the rest. Each day the meal is different and that is NOT how plan my budget for food.
I signed up for the monthly subscription specifically because it said IN THE APP that i would be charged after the 7 day free trial. I was charged immediately and within minutes realized this wasn’t going to work for me. I went in and canceled and it says my subscription is good for the whole month. that’s not a free trial! Now i have to dispute the charge with Apple. be prepared to potentially waste $10 if you want to check this app out.
I am new to the Dash Diet and was looking for an app to help with foods to choose. This app states that is has “Dash Diet information on the go” but all it has are pre set meals. Eat healthy with delicious meals, but it doesn’t say what individual food items are good for the Dash Diet. A good list would be good, but no. Big miss. I paid for a year because I knew I wanted to stick to this way of eating, but it is like jumping in the deep end. Bad for beginners. I am disappointed.
I was excited to down load this app so it can help me to lower my colesterol but all that excitement went through the window because it didn’t gave me the trail to use the app. It was giving me the option to choose between 2 plans and had to delete it because I’m not going to pay for something I haven’t event tried 🙅🏻♀️
Still learning this app but so far I love the meals I’ve tried
