Doesn’t work
After downloading the app, I accepted the pop up notification permission and swiped past the instructions. It then has a button that says “get started” I selected the button and there is a loading wheel that spins and nothing else happens. I have deleted the app, restarted my device and redownloaded. Still doesn’t work.

BUYER BEWARE
The title of this app is deceptive. I download the app because the title says you can send & receive faxes. Believing that there is value, I purchased a 1 year subscription for $80 because the title of. I tried to receive a fax which took me to another subscription page. In order to receive faxes you have to purchase a SECOND subscription for $80 if you’re getting the yearly service. That’s a total of $160. I understand that there are fees with getting a fax number and working with other services & companies in order to receive a fax HOWEVER this should have been DISCLOSED upfront like “additional fee & subscription needed to receive faxes” or “$160 to send AND receive” or at least given the option to select which service you want. You’re forced to buy both. The subscription is very deceiving until and none of this information is available until AFTER you pay for the first subscription. I’m uninstalling and submitting a refund request.

I had my fax points and now they are gone. Please restore the points that I have paid for please restore my fax points. I have payed for them..
Was a good app
Tiny fax was a good app, until they decided to started charging by week, month, year. Was perfect when you needed to send a fax every 6 months or so by purchasing a set amount of points. I don’t need a weekly, monthly or a yearly app that cost upwards of $80. So Timy fax you are now deleted. I’d rather go to the library and fax now. Ps. I lost all my credits and saved previous faxes, which had critical phone numbers and contacts.
How do I cancel my subscription
I don’t understand why you change the way you were doing things why can’t I just buy what I need at that time instead of a subscription? Then you make it impossible to cancel the subscription I want my subscription canceled as of today. Thank you very much.
Uninstalled, scam subscription, lost my credits!
I’ve used this app for nearly a decade and always paid for credits to have in my account to send faxes when I needed too. My last fax using those credits was in April and now I go to send a fax and it wants me to subscribe, weekly, for more than I used to spend for a year of usage credits. And all of my credits are now gone, about $10 worth. They have lost a customer for life because I guess I just wasn’t paying them about by buying blocks of credits (where they charge you per page.)
I’m confused…
I originally purchased points since I only occasionally need the ability to fax pages. Now, it seems, I have to pay a daily, monthly, or annual fee to fax instead of purchasing points to be used for the occasional fax. Where did the ability to purchase points go?

I’m with the other New Yorker, pay by subscription?!?! I’ve paid by points for years. I was informed that credits are coming back in September. So I’ll hang on till October before I switch to another alternative that is already picked out. Very disappointing because I just let a web based service go I was grandfathered in at 5.00 a month and now is 12.99 a month to rejoin, not two weeks after TinyFax decided to pull this stunt!! But your offer to throw a few points my way till the update in September is greatly appreciated.
