Was having some minor problems with some buying plan. Emailed customer service and they fixed immediately. Been using this app for a long time and used customer service 3 times and they fixed it More apps should take notes from these guys

Cannot figure a way to pay for credits, as advertised. I have not used it yet, but their support is excellent and the corrected the issue promptly. I am looking forward to using this app.
Fast and easy to use. In App purchase of credits was also easy.
I first had this in my Android abt a year ago and it was great. Very easy and I liked paying for faxes as I sent them. Today I actually looked for this app and added it based on my old experience. I paid for a full year although sure I won’t need anything lik that. And then I tried to send a one page sheet to an attorney. One page. Didn’t go thru. I waited. Didn’t go thru. Tried to send it again. Same result. Loooooooong wait Ghosty dots. Declined. Because it was a legal document time and accuracy were important. I was sending it to a lawyer so I’m pretty sure she had the correct fax number listed on her stationery. So I tried a 3rd time in two hours. No result. No purchase. I’m getting a refund. In the previous version of this app from a year ago I sent probably 30 faxes and 29 went thru. They upgraded this app into uselessness.
I used tiny fax as frequently as once a month to as little as once a year so the credit system was great for me. I’m just realizing that they’ve switched to a subscription service and I’ve lost the $5-$10 credit I had. TinyFax just lost a customer.

Ever since they’ve billed weekly, it hasn’t worked the same. I don’t use it all the time ~ just once a week or sometimes month. I found another that will have me pay as I go. Thought it was great for a long time. .. Time to move on.
I love this app, the ease of sending a fax, and their support make it a must have app.
I recently purchased credits for fax use and the app seemed to change and my credits went away. I contacted customer service and they immediately put them back on. That was great Customer Service.
