New issues are rarely timely and every week I have to delete and reinstall the app or do a restore purchases just to get the next issue. It’s a pain to have to keep doing that so I’ll be canceling as soon as my subscription expires. What a shame something so simple is so flawed!
I have some issues that I bought before but I forgot when I bought them cause it was awhile ago and I can’t find them unless I scan all the covers and I can’t delete covers for issues I didn’t buy so maybe you can create like a “my library” which just has my issues separated from all the other ones.
Soap Opera Digest is wonderful when it downloads to your device, but it disappoints often. VERY frustrating!
I have a current subscription but do not receive the issue until it’s already in the racks at stores. Why wait to make available to those that have already paid for the issue? Do not appreciate the increase in cost!
I used to always receive the digital copy on Friday mornings. Now I’m lucky if I get it by Sunday. This is unacceptable!!
It was bad enough that the digital edition is often “unavailable for download” until late in the day (when the paper copy is already on newsstands), but when they DOUBLED the price of my annual subscription rate, that added insult to injury!
Very disappointed that the rate has increased to $60/year. My mother loved this magazine, but now we can't afford it. Personally I don't think this magazine is worth $60/year. 2017 update: $60/year again?? Seriously?? Still not worth it.
I have been subscribing for a few years now and even stayed on after they doubled the price, which I complained about. However, I liked the idea that I could read it online and didn't have to wait to pick up a copy. However, every so often my subscription locks and they ask me to buy a trail copy to read it! I have tried everything they tell me to do to correct this problem but to no avail. I really think it's time I drop this puppy and buy an issue now and then when my soap is featured! I am sick and tired of this problem and the cost! It is a. Digital subscription and should not be so expensive. Their excuse is that the $29.99 cost of my first year was just an intro. Nowhere did they say it was only an intro and would double the next year! I feel this is dishonest, sort of bait and switch.
I subscribed for years to the print version and was receiving it up to a week late. I got tired of arguing with the postmaster. The digital app is always plenty early and I love it!
