Made my card get blocked for fraud

1
Said they only wanted 2 something for research purposes but then tried to charge my card $64 causing it to block due to fraudulent activity and now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card.

Ehh

Hasn’t been super helpful yet as most medications are listed as “unknown risk”. Could have stuck with Google instead of paying the $4.

Lacking detail

2
I’m a Lactation Counselor and this app shows risk factors but does not clarify some types of risks. Drug safety is shown in regards to the safety of the breastfeeding infant however it is known that allergy medications and many cold and flu medications temporarily dry out a mothers milk supply. It is rather important information for mothers to know this! Don’t you think? If a mother has the flu and takes medicine and on top of fighting her illness she can’t feed her crying baby! Could you imagine the stress and harm this causes! This is careless.

Keep getting an error while trying to use

3
Anytime I click on something I get an error saying “internet connection error. Unable to detect an internet connection. Verify you are connected to the internet and try again.” Even though I am connected to the internet. I tried my wifi and my phones cellular data and keep getting this message. I pay for this app every year and haven’t had this happen before. Is there a known way to fix this error?

Design, missing some data

3
Overall design is a little cumbersome to utilize. There isn’t much data on certain medications in the app despite there being tons of studies on their use in pregnancy. So I end up wading through a bunch of PubMed articles despite buying this app. Also, it is sometimes difficult to search for meds- like propranolol (very commonly used) isn’t even on there. A little weird. It wasn’t expensive to buy, I just don’t find it useful and will instead be using Epocrates or PubMed.

Doesn’t work

1
I’m currently sick and pumping while my sim is in the NICU. I was referred to this app by my levitation consultant at the hospital. It doesn’t work. I’ve searched up DayQuil and NyQuil to see if I can take it while pumping. I clicked on the med and nothing came up.

Trusted

5
Recommended by my lactation consultants as a trusted resource for medication safety. Great for peace of mind during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when googling is inconclusive and contradictory. I gladly paid the $3.99 subscription cost to help fund more research. Thank you for creating this app!

No explanations

Feel like I’m just as confused and without answers as I was before paying for this app. I can’t figure out what the icons and L’s mean to try and make an educated decision.

Not working and paid for subscription

1
The app is not working for me. I keeping getting a message “internet connection error.” I tried turning my wifi off and back on and still not working. I tried deleting and redownloading and now it won’t even let me log in—I get the same error message.
