This app used to be my go to before the update. Now it’s basically useless. Don’t waste your money.
Ruined after update. Search impossible. Fonts messy. It was fantastic before update. But now🤕
This now needs some major fixing. It had been my go to source. Since it’s last update it is jumbled and looks like code.
I use this on my phone and it Used to work. Now I can’t even tell what the diagnosis codes are. It’s All messed up! Please fix it.
Please give us the old version back!!! Who ruined this and doesn’t care??? Please!!! This is unusable. 😡
I used to love this app and recommend it to my colleagues. The update is horrible and renders this app useless. It is difficult to navigate and seems like a crude pdf. I am disappointed. Any plans to restore it to the way it worked previously?
This is like having a DSM5 desk top reference, not the complete DSM5. I have found this app very helpful over the years, but one of the reasons I purchased it was because I thought the developers would be updating it. There have been two sets of code changes in the last year and none of the changes are reflected in the app. Given the price paid, seems like the least the developers can do is keep the codes up to date. This is especially important for people who are billing insurance companies/Medicare. Edit: Well, this app was updated. But the update made it harder to find things, took out the option of bookmarking pages, and did not include any updates to the ICD-10 codes, which we are supposed to be moving toward, or already using, not sure where that stands now. For example, none of the coding changes made for Substance Disorders such as the modifiers for Use Disorders in remission are provided, those updates were made effective in October 2017 and published on APA practice central website, but never appeared in any updates of this app.
After an update (apparently) the app is useless and impossible to navigate. How is it possible they don’t know? Either way, inexcusable.
Please change the app back ... I used to love this app when I first got it very easy to use. When I search I can never find what I need.... it’s useless
I love this app! It helps so much when I need to reference in a hurry!
