*ONLY DOWNLOAD IF DIRECTED TO DO SO BY A SUPPORT TECHNICIAN YOU TRUST* The Rescue + Mobile application allows support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your device. To use this application you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue and will provide you a pin code to start the session. Technicians have the ability to chat, view system diagnostic information, push various profiles and settings including email, APN, and WiFi. How to use: 1) Install the application 2) Launch the application from your home screen 3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician 4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device
Won’t connect, useless app.
This is what scammers use. Use if you have money to give free to India.
Disgusted... They got me in and then raised my fees 10x. Bait and switch I tell you. Other companies will grandfather you in while these guys bait and switch.
The pass code is for someone to give you to access your phone. It's for a technician to assist troubleshooting issues with your phone or setting up email. The pass code isn't for giving the app itself a password. We really need an app where you can use the Rescue Console from your mobile. Much rather have that.
I was expecting the technician console, but this is the app to allow a technician to access your iPhone. The technician console would be more useful
Installed the app, opened it and it asks me for the six digit passcode. I never created a password on this app. I tried giving "123456", "000000" randomly, nothing worked. Basically, I can't access the app due to the bug in the passcode module. Please correct it.
This app doesn't do anything useful. The most important thing would be to allow the tech to see the iPad Screen as the user navigates an app. You can get screenshots but what good is that? It's a waste of time.
Very helpful app and the design is great!
A nice leap forward. Great app!
My IT manager had me download this app. He gave me a pin code and got me all set-up with email and wifi in the office.
