SE AJUSTA A TU CONDICIÓN FÍSICA Y TIEMPO

Esta es una app fantástica para quienes no disponemos de 2 horas diarias para ir al gym y queremos mantenernos en forma y liberar el estés. La App se adapta a tu disponibilidad de tiempo diario y también se ajusta periódicamente de acuerdo a tu condición física. Después de cada ejercicio ingresas información de cómo te sentiste y que rutinas te causaron mayor esfuerzo o si tienes alguna lesión, con lo cual la app modifica la intensidad o el tipo de ejercicios que necesitas para adaptarlos a tu situación. Lo más importante, puedes hacer los ejercicios en casa, sin la necesidad de equipo adicional o si tienes algún equipo ( Barra o mancuerna) también lo puedes ingresar en la App y las rutinas se diseñan incluyendo lo que tengas en casa. Definitivamente recomendable!

Good overall but has a few vital flaws

Overall, I love the app. The workouts are really fun and they make you look forward to them at the end of the day. They have a bunch of good programs and having a coach tailored to your needs is really helpful. Unfortunately, there are a few flaws that I think need fixing. 1) Not being able to save your workout if you quit halfway through. The other day I wasn’t feeling great in the middle of a conditioning circuit so I decided to stop, but to my dismay non of my progress was saved. Now if I want coach feedback for future weeks, I have to go back and start all over. Having an option to save your progress would be a great feature to implement for people who know their bodies well enough to know when to quit. 2) Not being able to customize the workouts. This is the biggest issue for me. You can give very vague customizations at the beginning of every workout by tapping on the coach icon, but their only very basic things like “I can’t run today” or “I only have 15 minutes”. There is no option to swap out a workout with something similar or reduce/increase repetitions. Having this option would make the “tailored for your needs” part of the app so much more effective.

Freeletics is the perfect boutique workout app. The one glaring omission is the ability to compare your “points” with your friends month-to-month. My buddy has twice the points as me because he started using freeletics a year before me, I’ll never catch up! So the competitive factor is a little lacking.

Great fitness app

Never crashes, pushes you to your max, gets to all your muscle groups, varies the workout, probably 90% as effective as your own trainer, but at a cost of $7 a month. Great app. Fringe benefit - my knee pain - which I’d had for years - disappeared after a few months of the freeletics Fitness track. Beware - your “coach” is AI, not a human. Freeletics is up front about that, but I know I didn’t notice that until I went back and looked. Doesn’t matter too much - I personally like going at my own pace rather than having a trainer looking over me.

If you are self motivated this is the best app. Just set your goals and readiness and go at it! Great sets of sets of exercises. Will take you beyond what you think you can do without going too far. #clapclap.

Incredible App and training product

vid weightlifter but have completely changed and am t- love this app! Two years ago at 48 yrs of age, having always lifted weights. I was looking for a workout that combined athleticism with strength and endurance training. This app does a great job of getting you in shape and creating a superb challenge both mentally and physically. Super tough workouts that take very little time out of my busy days. Now at 50 yrs old and in superior shape! Awesome app that I can not recommend enough!! ddicted to body weight training. Great Product!! Get the coach for sure!!
