App has great design, clean interface and really well done video tutorials but without some kind of free trial to see what I would be paying for there’s no way I would just drop $35 for three months of subscription. Also found it annoying that immediately when you open the app for the first time it asks you to buy the subscription, who would do that without even trying the app.
App crashes on IPad, losing all you progress. No way to report bugs on app or website. Reporting function splits all your exercises into separate workouts so Strava and other platforms get spammed with 19 workouts when I do one and it syncs. No way to contact technical support. No way to get a refund.
First of all if you buy the nutrition plan along with the workout coach, THERE IS NO NUTRITION ADVICE WHATSOEVER. Next, the coach is not smart AT ALL! It had me do leg day every day of the week with exercises that made me lose weight when I said I did not want to. Terrible app, does not suit your needs, I’m telling you DO NOT BUY!
I have enjoyed this app for exercising without a gym with HIIT workouts (although weight training is available too). It gives you all kinds of options for how you want to get fit and to adjust the workout that day if you are feeling sore. Listen to their recommendations on rest and mark when you are feeling sore because the exercises are intense and you can get hurt if you push too hard or don’t have proper form.
Been using the app since it came out years ago. It’s great and has evolved tremendously. Bugs right now: Apple ID sign in still not working, you get logged out if you open the app from a notification.
This isn’t for wussy’s. Definitely need a lot of time, dedication, and commitment. Great results in 3 months.

The app has been really helpful and the programs are pretty solid. I definitely want to continue using it, but I also want to incorporate Resistance Bands into the training that they provide. You currently can choose Resistance Bands as part of the equipment you have available, but the database doesn’t really have anything outside of Assisted Pull-Ups. If you guys could add this, it would add more versatility to your app.
I can’t pass the final stage in other to start up a program because the date is not working. After selecting my date of birth, it still don’t get pass it. The date will not appear. What can I do about that.
Just did my first workout in years and it started me in a good place and got me panting and sweating. I look forward to it helping me reach my goals. Only thing I’d ask for is push notifications. I have not been working out for years because I am easily distracted and simply forget to workout. I’d love push notifications to remind me to work out so I don’t have to put those reminders in my calendar app or reminders app.
