The widget was the only reason I purchased the app for, there are tons of other apps that do the same functions of logging in and tracking water intake however I liked the design and functionality of this widget which unfortunately stopped working in less than 48 hours after purchasing the app. I’m extremely disappointed as I have tried to delete the widget many times reboot the device and add the widget again, as explained by the developer in a previous comment, but nothing worked. I have iPhone 11 Pro Max and all other widgets are working perfectly.
I’ve had the app on my phone since day one and I love it and recommend it but have only been using it regularly since oct with my new Apple Watch 6 it’s so easy to enter info on the watch. For a few weeks now I’ve been suspecting that entries after midnight are being dropped after a few hours. The problem seems intermittent. Just when I think I’m imagining this it seems to happen again. Pls contact me if you need more info.
I’m a transplant patient and have to drink a LOT every day. This app had made it very easy to keep up with where I am everyday and to have an acceptable record of my days. VERY easy to use, and great UI.
How do I get this thing to pair with my watch? I’ve tried restarting both my watch and phone, uninstalling and reinstalling on my watch, Deleting app from my phone, resetting the connection to watch via the app. NOTHING has worked. I do see a lot of other people complaining about this online and I wish I would have read about those issue before downloading and paying for this useless app.
I’ve had this app for years but rarely use it. I’m starting to use it more. The app and its use is great. Very easy to use. It WORKS. Never had issues with bugs. It’s handy for logging water in take, but that’s where it stops. It needs more. Please 🙏 can you guys update and improve your app to make it smarter and more useful for people and athletes by dipping into HealthKit data; use people’s metrics and fitness/activity data and calculate/compensate needed hydration levels based off people’s exertion instead of just a generic X-amount based off of gender, height and weight. To help prevent injury for athletes, people should know how much more hydrated they need to be for better recovery. And if people are drinking/logging tea/coffee/alcohol, that definitely does not count towards water in take or hydration; it depletes hydration.
I feel like there should be a category for Slush drinks — like at Taco Bell I love their Wild Strawberry Freeze and it’s not really a juice it’s more like a slush but there isn’t an option for that even though more and more places are offering these.
It's a self-explanatory sort of app; you can log in your intake of liquids, view your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly progress, adjust your goals, and receive badges for completion of specific goals. I'd suggest the "Barrel of Water" achievements to be removed though; I assume it's not healthy to or recommended to drink that much. Otherwise, it's a great app and one I've told friends about! It significantly improved my life by making me more cognizant of my hydration levels and what liquids I'm intaking. I hope to acheive all the badges!
Doesn't send notifications to your Apple Watch
... but no matter what I do I can’t get the app to sync the watch and phone data. I have brand new everything so it shouldn’t be an issue with outdated equipment. I could understand this perhaps if I hadn’t had to shell out money for the app. To be clear, I’ve read reviews and developer responses. The watch app does not sync with the iPhone. I’ve restarted both. Reloaded the app. Still no syncing. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I’m not sure how it happened, but after a couple of weeks I noticed that the app was syncing. I had ready tried the developers fix after reading it on another review, and it hadn’t fixed the problem. As I said, I don’t know what changed (other than my opinion of the app). I am now very impressed.
It has helped me remember so much and it has helped me drink so much more water 😁
