I’m use to doing my own brakes but on my 2020 Sierra after doing the brakes. It went into limp mode. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I was able to check and reset the codes with this app and a Bluetooth OBD dongle I had laying around. Saved me time. Headache and trouble. Also, I can use this to see all the sensor data. Boost pressure and any other PiD
The program is fantastic. Thank you very much
I like how you can buy a new car program Works great
I’ve had regrets in purchasing apps in the past due to lazy developers not updating their software. That is not the case with these guys. Thanks for your outrageously long support. 🙂
Ive used this app w/ a fair number of vehicles for years, its pretty amazing and the newer or more fancy a vehicle the more you can see, like on our 2012 jeep wrangler you couldn’t see much but in Jeanine, my 2006 Mercury milan, we cd see a ton of stuff. I am struggling a bit w / my 2020 escape. I’m very ok with that however because I haven’t tried very hard because its not the car isn’t broken and i just got it. This is a complicated app and seems to be quite useful. I’m not sure what it cant do, but I'm impressed with what it can, and Im willing to put in some effort to understand how to operate it better, Im just an average guy that likes to poke around in the brain bits a bit.
Unfortunately I tried a different app prior to this one and it fell far short of giving me the info I was looking for, and it cost twice as much! Total waste. Found this one and I'm loving it. For $10 it gives me all I need (code check, code clear, monitors that tell you if your various functions are in the green or not, and it will even tell you if you're good to pass emissions or not, based on your state). I paired it with a $10 OBDII wifi scanner. Get it!
Am been trying different OBDll scanners but this one is easy to understand, accurate and good for the value. I will recommend to anyone.
This is a well-designed and continuously updated app that I have been using for the last 21/2 years. I have the Veepeak BLE+ and it uses Bluetooth to pair with the iPhone (5S and 6S). I purchased the enhanced package for my Prius and the enhanced feature will give more detailed information than one could ever need - many of the PIDs are way beyond my comprehension when it comes to the hybrid system (but learning quickly), and the app lists all modules, as well as the three computers that run the systems, for you to select when first connected. If you use the disconnect button, a copy of the session is automatically saved and can be e-mailed to you. I have custom gauges for both of my vehicles, and the app keeps them separated but easily accessible. This app exceeds several similar apps I’ve tried which are specific for IOS. This app is the closest app if you don’t have an Android device and are looking for an app similar to “Torque”, since Torque is only for Androids. I’ve been able to diagnose all issues with this app. It would be great if some form of bidirectional control were added in the future; I would be willing to pay extra for this additional functionality.
OBD fusion doesn’t offer a Buzz test. This is a test for fuel injectors like on my Ford with a 7.3 Diesel.
Clear and easy to use with enough detail for most jobs
