I think it’s a good app a little pricey for the membership but overall amazing
This is a useless app. They give you five days worth of exercises, but the last three days were only legs. I was taught never to exercise the same Body part two days In A row - but three days?
You must start your workout on apple watch yourself and cant start on phone and apple watch on the same time. It doesn't put your phone to do not disturb. the beginning level is not easy for beginners!
Makes it super Easy to achieve your fitness goals as long as you’re looking for solid results over a long period of time. I like the slow approach because it’s more realistic and this app is all about making movement a part of your every day routine.
