WHAT DO I DO!?

So I downloaded this app from YouTube and I did everything it asked me in the tutorial when u first open the app I went to my settings and I did EVERYTHING and this screen won’t go away and I still can’t access permission it just says u need to finish the tutorial PLEASE respond and tell me what happened or anyone please I just want this to work.
