I somehow missed that there was a free trial and ended up paying the money because I really liked the concept and wanted to check it out. Totally not worth the money. I would’ve been fine paying a few bucks to test it out but not as much as I was charged. The lessons are just meh, there’s nothing really interesting you learn. You definitely don’t learn anything about “logic” as a study, they just show you some articles about examples paradoxes and such. There aren’t even that many lessons to choose from and most are pretty basic concepts you learn in high school math. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before paying. But oh well.
They ask you a ton of questions to make you feel hopeful and invested then hit you with the price. How about a free trial for a few days. Looks super sketch.
They’ll waste your Time by ask you loads of questions before taking you to the subscription screen. I would’ve preferred a trial option.
Hey guys do NOT buy this app there are too many in app purchases and the lessons are way too basic and don’t actually teach u anything. Dont fall for this scam!
Good way to keep yourself refreshed.
Im never one to leave bad reviews, but this app is an obvious cash grab. $10 for very few topics and limited lessons. You can get through all available content in a half hour or less. Cancelling your subscription is also made difficult on purpose. Home support office is in the republic of Cyrus so no chance of hearing from them during normal business hours.
The content is basic. I was hoping to actually learn something of value. Nothing of value here for anyone with a high school education.
I tried it out, because the add talked about learning logic as an adult, which I think logic is a topic lacking in most university studies today and so I decided to download the app to gain more understanding and hopefully take a course on logic. After answering a bunch of pointless questions and being asked to pay, I closed out of the menu and was offered a free trial. I accepted the trial and found the courses to be lacking, in substance and most of the “logic puzzles” I already knew the answers to. Things like the game show paradox (where if you pick the first door then you should pick a different doo r when given the chance) or survivor bias. Basically shorter and less accurate TED talks which you have to read yourself.
The ad fraudulently claimed that this app touched on scientific topics, which encouraged me to subscribe for the service. However, any content besides basic math, history, and arts is not available. On another note, keep track of charges from this app! I was charged multiple times for the service, and customer support is not easily accessible to mend the situation. Update: customer service still has not contacted me, and when I attempted to disbute the transaction with my bank, the app claimed to “have provided the service advertised” … which is not true given the huge discrepancy between the ad for the app and the content provided!!
I was interested after seeing an ad. For the money, this is almost completely worthless. A simple google search of any of these concepts would be more valuable. The exercises are buggy, the explanations within answers are often cut off. It appears I will be finished with all of the exercises in about an hour. Really disappointed, as the questions at the beginning make it sound like lessons will be tailored to you personally.. not the case at all.
