Premium to chat with friends

I find that the “Premium to see who likes you/to chat” is kind of limiting. Like if there’s someone who swiped for me, why can’t I chat with them to start the friendship? I have to get premium for that? I feel like that’s kind of limiting and unnecessary, especially if that person could become a potential friend.

Account Blocked

You don’t have any rights to block my account for no reason. I have made friendship that’s I'm communicating with at the moment and are not able to connect with them due to your account restrictions. This is unacceptable. Tell me one incident that I have done to block me from accessing it. This is my phone that is associated with my account (925) 219-6554; I don’t want to be rude not answering my friends on the platform. If you don’t give me an evidence for account deactivation, I will never forgive you for this act!

NO HELP

UPDATE: Really don’t know what the hold up is? Ticket 88567928 has been waiting to get answered since last Thursday…I don’t need a message saying rest assured you all will be replying to me shortly. I need my situation addressed and handled faster than a week Apparently Customer Service doesn’t exist or timely manner is just a phrase!!!

Non existent customer support

I’ve been trying since this app came out to get my subscription connected to both Bumble and BFF, through social media and the website contact form, several times. Not one response. Will be canceling my subscription for good because of poor customer service, not worth the money.

you get barely any free swipes

I swear I swiped right on only 5 to 10 people when I first got the app before it told me I was out of likes within a few minutes. Okay, I wait 12 hours or so and open the app again, thinking I’ll have more likes. I swipe right on TWO PEOPLE and tells me I’m out of likes again..?? Nearly impossible to find matches with this extremely limited amount of swipes

Bumble Support is a nightmare

I’ve tried six times to report a bug that inhibits me from using the main function of the app and not once have they fully read my messages. I WANT to use this app but I can’t lol

Apps like these should be prohibited

You have to pay to see matches and you can’t chat without seeing matches and so what is the point of calling this app free? I emailed to ask this and after 5 days I have received no response.

Feels very restrictive

I don't understand why they limit our profiles to 5 interests, 3 questions about ourselves, a tiny bio, and a few pictures. We're not babies, we can decide for ourselves what will make our profile look too cluttered or not. i'm sorry whoever designed this is lacking personality, but most ppl have more than 5 interests. and the timer? Please. What if someone has a busy work day? I don't see how the app is benefiting from rushing us.

Misleading Features

They claim there are free features, but the only things that are free is creating your profile and swiping on others. If you want to know who swiped on you to connect with them, you have to pay $15 a week. It doesn’t make any sense. Immediately deleted this app.
