There is no way to directly contact customer support through the app or to cancel the auto renew which I thought I’d already done. I signed up for a 3Day free trial, paid for $9.99 for one month without the option to auto renew and was alerted that I could still use the app until April 3, 2023… today is March 23,2023… I’ve been charged twice for this app this month… That’s not okay. Why is there no direct way to cancel the subscription or to contact support via the app? Why is there no website for this app?

I would rate 1 star but two selected your not able to add just 1 star. In order for this app to function you have to click to pay. Not worth it will be deleting. Not free
