I have been using this app for 3+ years and have loved it! Had the subscription for some of that time and went through most of the programs, but then I just needed something to track my runs. This worked out great until a few days ago when you cancelled the free version of the app - forcing me into a subscription after 7 days. Booooo!!

No vegetarian options

For meals they don’t have any vegetarian meal plans, the music isn’t very good and it frequently stops while you’re running which is really annoying. You’re better off running with music without this app.

Amazing App

This is seriously the best app for me! I’m not a great runner but this gives me blocks of running and sprints with rest in between and I’m obsessed! I was a sprinter in high school and have been doing CrossFit for 8 years now. Long distance running has always been a struggle for me, but I have full confidence that this app will help me reach my fitness goals. I just had a baby 9 weeks ago and started this program 1 week ago. So, if I can do it you can do it! I love it!!

Really bad

This app bills itself as a program to help you lose weight with running, all it is a timer. There are a dozen free apps that can do this. Please don’t waist your money
