Another think where you mostly have to spend real money. This company already scammed me out of 20+ dollars for crappy cards and it promotes gambling and the USA needs to take a look into it. It’s also pay to win. New update still pay to win.
Blizzard chooses not to invest in apps teams that are advocates of the iOS platform and knowledgeable of it. They insist on building a one size fits all app across platforms, and the quality level shows. There is low resolution pixelated graphics on a high quality display. The user has to wait for a long load screen and authorization at each launch. You can’t hand of state from one device to another. The list goes on.
They can’t get it right. This game is extremely predetermined and rigged. It forces you to spend tons of cash. This game is junk. 10 spells 20 creatures.... first nine cards are spells. Card rotation is garbage in this game. It’s set to either let you win by 6 mana or lose from how cards come into your hand. I can’t stress enough how Blizzard can’t create a fair but competitive game. Played a second game following this review. Same crap. People that say this game is great are delusional. They are admins trying to promote it. This game has become frustrating over the years. Just as they ruined Diablo and WoW this game is trending the same way. Maybe once Vanilla WoW comes out I will give Blizzard another chance. Game is still junk and incredibly predetermined
This game has had the same balance issues for years. The devs only show up when it’s time to sell packs for a new expansion. It’s a shame since there are aspects of the game I love.
An enjoyable experience for card game fans and those new to a genre. Expect to put time and effort or money into the game though. While many people feel it’s completely Pay-to-win I have very few issues playing and winning and I have only put in about 10 bucks in the 2 years I have played. Learning what are the most common decks and their weaknesses along with learning the game are far more valuable than money. Especially sense they have added many ways to get more things for free over the years as well as a challenging and fun set of single player experiences.
So many corrupt decisions by blizzard, sweaty tryhards who put 100’s of dollars to play a deck made by someone else, no room for creativity for people who don’t put tons of money into it. I honestly feel bad just for trying to play with a deck I made myself. I’m done trying to justify this game, I’m done being disappointed and dissatisfied. PAY TO WIN UNLESS YOU INTEND ON PUTING A LOT OF MONEY INTO THE GAME BE PREPARED FOR DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISSATISFACTION OVERRUN BY UNCREATIVE PLAYERS WHO ONLY WANT TO WIN
This most recent expansion is very disappointing. You have to progress through a gauntlet with a subpar deck while facing perfectly constructed decks. It isn’t about skill, you either get the good bonus packs/abilities or you lose.
This is an excellent game, boy the ironwood golem has an effect that says “can only attack if you have 3 or more armor.” I silenced the minion, which should’ve made it unable to attack because of the way the effect is worded. But no, it attacked, which shouldn’t have happened so it looses a star
Hate having to reinstall the game every update/:
The mobs are insanely hard to kill and the boss is stupid his power is insane
