Failure saving videos from the app

Can’t save videos from the app pls fix it. I have created and canceled lots of content after hours of editing and still no possible way of saving the video I made and that’s annoying after spending hours of time

So my family has been a little tight lately and asking for something like money for an app like this could look selfish or rude or upset my parents if they have to say no. Personally I feel like $50 a year plus tax is a too much for an app that’s quality isn’t great either. Even if it says “free” it makes you pay to save the photos. I just used one of the templates that is supposed to be free but it tried to make me subscribe to the app. I think that this company should worry less about money and more about the attitude that they project into the world. It is upsetting to find an app that looks like so much fun only to find that it’s really a waste of money. I would not suggest this app, the quality of some of most of the templates is horrible, and it’s just a waste of money and time. However I would like to end on a happier note by saying that it is fun to edit your photos and videos but you have to pay for them. To the company: I’ve relaxed that there are no ads?!? You can make money of of ads instead of charging users! I would rather have to watch a video before after and during the process of editing photos than have to pay for the app. Please get rid of the price or get some ads otherwise you are losing a user. I will be searching for an app like this but I will try my best to find one that is free. UPDATE!!!!!!: got a response from the makers telling me to use the “free” filters WHICH I EXPLAINED WERE NOT FREE!! Then they went further to say that if I wanted the other filters that I could pay for it. I ALREADY EXPLAINED THAT IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND MY FAMILY IS ON A TIGHT BUDGET!! I mean honestly?!? I think that this is rude and selfish and uncaring. They really don’t care that the app is (I’m sorry) but HORRIBLE!! I’m lowering my rating from a two down to a one.
