The app refuses to accept my subscription. Not sure what’s going on, guess I’m going to have to google it.
I deleted and tried reinstalling the app due to it freezing and not installing the newsfeed interface. When I tried to login with my existing account, it told me the email address was invalid. I am 100 percent certain that the email address is accurate, but now I can longer access my existing account which has all of my subscription data. Customer service has been zero help. Fix the issue.
I did not download this app. I believe my ex boyfriend did while he was spending the weekend without two babies. Please refund me my money. Thank you.

This is an excellent app for private texts and calls. I just wish they offered video chat ... then, it would be 5 stars.
Update: My subscription is expired in spite of my Apple receipt that proves other wise. CoverMe no longer responds to my emails. Previous: Paid for a year. Received notices that the account was expiring earlier than stated in the Apple receipt. Sent my Apple receipt showing actual expiration date. Received several email replies that they’re working to resolve the issue but that’s it. No fix. Cannot text or receive texts. Calling feature was less than reliable. Look elsewhere for this type of service.
Canned email responses from CoverMe won’t change the fact that are scamming their customers. What’s worse is Apple Care claiming their hands are tied and can not intervene. I paid for a one year subscription and CoverMe refuses to update my subscription to reflect as much. After five emails I am now asking for my money back. Wish me luck cause I will need it.
After a short period in which I had an eh experience with this app, I tried to cancel my subscription but there was no ability built into the app or website to cancel. I emailed them and received no word back. I keep getting charged for useless service with no interface or channel to cancel. This is a fraudulent business that certainly about using your (credit card) data more than protecting.

Never clicked to subscribe or buy! And yet I’m stuck with an app that’s can’t face recognize to log in.
