Easy to use
The app makes it easy to add daily photos and encourages keeping it simple, which means it gets done. It’s been so fun doing a picture a day and sending it to my family once a month.
Quick PSA
I love this app, as someone with memory issues pictures and videos are very important as they help me to not forget special moments; that said I recently opened my app and 2 different projects had temporarily disappeared! On the verge of tears I updated the app in the hopes it was just a glitch, thankfully my projects came back after doing so. I say all this to let people know if you think you lost your project don’t panic, you may just need to update the app
Loved this app since Dec 2020
I haven’t had a problem with this app since I started using it in December 2020. However, with the last update I lost seven months of photos! Thank goodness Jeff who leads the iOS team at 1SE answered my email and the problem was fixed within 24 hours and all photos have been restored. Great service, great employees and a great app.
Deleted a whole 8months off my phone without me knowing
I don’t pay for the pro cuz I don’t need the extra. And I understand that it doesn’t backup… BUT it literally have no reason to delete almost 8months of 1 seconds… I didn’t delete anything from my phone, or change anything. So it shouldn’t have deleted anything that I already had on there. So irritating
Do not update to 4.8.0
The latest update (4.8.0) DELETED 7 months’ worth of content, which I was using to document the growth of my son! Extremely disappointed!
Lost all my snippets for the year
Latest update deleted all my snippets for the year since feb 22nd 2023. This is my 7th year using 1SE, can’t believe such a sloppy update has ruined my streak.
Was Good Until…
I have been uploading a video every day since January and today I opened the app and everything except for January was erased. The videos are still in my phone, but it will take a considerable amount of time to re-upload them all. Now I’m considering just ditching the whole thing entirely.
Pro feature. Not working
I bought the pro feature but when I try to add a projects the app request that I upgrade to the pro feature and when I try to upgrade it tells me that I am already in pro membre , but I still cannot add project neither add photos can anyone help thx

PLEASE get rid of the constant ad pop-up!!
I gave in! I started paying $1.99 to back up my data, because y’all got me! You gave me 7 months of free use so I’d get hooked, then threatened me with data loss if I didn’t pay up! So I gave in, I’m paying you $1.99 a month, and now I get a pop-up EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app, asking for more money?? I’m going to keep paying just so I can have a complete year of memories, but I don’t think I’m going to use this app again for 2024 unless you get rid of the pop-up. It’s too annoying to have to close it out every single time, which is disappointing because I really loved this app.
