Great sound quality but lacking of collection of songs
As a long-time Spotify Premium user, I recently switched to Gaana to explore an Indian app, especially since I often listen to Bollywood music. I'd like to share my thoughts on the experience. Firstly, the sound quality is fantastic, even better than Spotify. However, I've found that the song collection is limited, and the recommendations tend to be repetitive. I encourage you to expand your library and improve the suggestions algorithm to offer more variety. This will help users like me discover new music and have an even better experience using Gaana. Unable to access premium content
Unable to access even after payment. It takes the payment and does not allow the access to premium content.

I am a current subscriber. I bought a new iPhone 14 and I tried to retrieve my downloaded songs and it won’t let me. I tried to reach out to Gaana, They never returned my message.
No music
I thought this was a free app with ads. For the last few months it won’t play any music and instead there’s an add for upgrading that is running nonstop. What’s up?!!!!! Customer service is nonexistent.I loved the music I could listen to on this app but apparently now you have to pay. There’s are so many other apps to get music from that it won’t be a problem to move but sad to see such a lack of concern for customers
Worst ever
I am a paid member for last 5 years. All of sudden the app has gone downhill. Downloads disappear and cannot search anything relevant. Customer support is non existent, try to chat with auto attendant, it gives same nonsense ticket has been created and someone one will get back and it has 3 weeks, I am still waiting.
Unable to play on Sonos
I am a paid subscriber, who just paid for a year. Unable to play it on Sonos in US, as it says “ content not available outside India”. Unable to contact a live person or get a refund! Total scam.
Subscription issues are terrible.
Been using the app for a few years. Recently I had to get a new email address and now logging in can’t be done. Emailed the company and no response, so I’m just going to hope someone responds to this review. Customer service is nonexistent.
No good Hindi songs and some radio channels not working
I recently switched to paid subscription but I notice that some of the radio channels are not working and also in a singer album it has non Hindi songs also added. Very annoying experience. Not going to renew it again.

No good songs of good artists ..all garbage songs ..don’t waste money

There is no customer support except an automated chat bot trained to create fake tickets messages. Don’t waste your money.
