Account progress does not sync

Discovered the game on Windows desktop and play it on PC a lot. Installed this mobile app to enjoy the ease of touchscreen. Logged in using my Microsoft account. It does not sync and just starts at the beginning, Level 1. So much for “cloud syncing”. Disappointing. So I play as a Guest on mobile, since it does not sync my account progress.

Won’t let me pass 1st World

Still a 1 until it gets fixed. Still can’t get past final gate of world 1 without it freezing, so still a 1. Going to give it a 1 everyday until this gets fixed. I’ve completed all of the levels, plus bonus puzzles, 3 stars on each, but the game gets stuck at opening the final gate. Freezes and doesn’t allow any action after that. Great game, loving it, but frustrated I can’t continue. Help!

Needs work

This needs work. As someone who plays a lot of word games this game can actually be stressful and negative compared to others as it will reject actual words based on the rules it sets. Sorry but that’s not helping learn vocabulary or developing mind cognition. Just aggravation and frustration.

could be much better

This is a great opportunity to be educational by displaying word definitions but no. The bonus round is not bonus since you have to complete it to get full score. Many repetitions due to puzzles being hand made instead of randomly generated. E.g. words ending in -tion. You can count on "ration" to be one of the answer. Things can be made better but nobody has bothered. It's an ok but not great game, so I give it an ok but not great rating.

Unbearable ads

No way to silence the ads. Can’t play because it starts screaming out of no where and wakes up my wife.

Addictive game

I really enjoy this game. I like that each game has slightly different goals. I would like the ability to get rid of the annoying repetitive ads, even for $$. My main complaint though is that the sound keeps turning itself back on. I like my games silent. Update: I have been paying for premium to get rid of ads which worked fine for a while, but now I am getting ads anyway. I have contacted the developer and Apple but get no reply. Frustrating.

Ads are terrible!

I don't mind ads. I expect ads. Developers have to make money. But very long ads that require multiple clicks to make go away are too intrusive. They waste my time and make the app less enjoyable to play. My time is too valuable so I'm deleting the app.
