Worthless app
Don’t download!!!! just look at the map on line, trying to figure out how to cancel so I don’t get charged after the 3 day free trial expires
Oy It Got Worse
Just started commuting again and thought I’d try the app again. Ghost busses, so many annoying ads (yes I know it’s free but still), and connection issues are keeping me from using it. Will just use the WMATA site since it’s always reliable.
Too many Ads
Used to be a great app. Ads are fine but lately I see one every few seconds. Terrible user experience.
Too many pop-ups
app is full of pop-ups that try to load while you’re underground in a metro tunnel, meaning it never loads
Metro train schedule wrong
The metro train schedule is wrong by several minutes. Said the train was 2 min away when it was leaving the platform on multiple occasions. Unreliable
Eh, needs some work.
Would appreciate actually time stamps and not “45 min, 10min” for 1. It’s confusing & 2. Doesn’t match the metro trip planner timing.
Constantly wrong
Multiple times per week the app will show an arrival time for my train only to be WILDLY inaccurate when I get to the station. With the constant inconsistencies in train schedules (silver line looking at you), I have to rely on this app every morning to know what time to leave so I can get to work on time- this is BASIC stuff! And don’t get me started on being inundated with ads when we just want to know when the train is coming, my god!
New version broken
After an update you can no longer track trains in the app at all.
App is completely messed up
When you chose a bus line it brings up the wrong route making it useless for bus travel.
Horrible constant pop ups
I need an app to help navigate the metro. All I get are pop-ups for the paid version of the app. I pay enough on train fare, don't bother with this.
