We had to cancel the first night we got it. Did not work on any of our devices despite our efforts. Now still trying to get a refund for a mere thirteen dollars. How hard can that be? That is why we only do the month to month with places like this. The advertising sounded so good my wife wanted to do two years but I said better thirty days in case we lose it all and still have a non-working product. Keep wanting us to trouble shoot and just waste time. I canceled the account, got a notice for that, and yet still no refund. And I see lots of other reviews that are almost identical. Great. Oh well, life goes on.

this app USED TO BE GREAT now it’s a barely usable annoyance at best. customer support was initially quasi-helpful BUT ultimately gave NO HELP AND CONNECTIVITY ISSUES WERE NEVER RESOLVED. see other 1 star reviews. this has been ongoing for the better part of 8 months. 8 MONTHS OF NO SUPPORT?! now i just get ignored and do not even get a response from support. NOTHING. not even a BS “we are aware and working on it “. NO RESPONSE FOR A PAYING PREMIUM LEVEL CUSTOMER?! i work in IT and this app AND customer support are useless and a terrible business model. not axe grinding just feeling taken advantage of. what am i/we paying for?!? further, in a tragic comedy fashion, immediately after i log a ticket, the app works for a few minutes and then a pop up appears ASKING FOR A REVIEW?!!? are you guys high?! fix this app on macOS and iOS or get off the app store and stop fleecing customers. ZERO stars if i could. maybe 1 star IF i received some explanation. ultimately, i feel ripped off. kinda sorry for the negative review but to everyone reading this BEWARE.
But he issues using in China are getting very frustrating. And now I just landed in Germany and figured I’d see how well it works here. Nada. Can’t even use on iPhone in Germany. Just what is wrong with the iOS app? I’ve tested the new windows version which works like a charm in China. Hard to believe this is an Apple thing..... seems like just not prioritizing this issue?

Crazy that after no connectivity for months and so many complaints from your loyal customers, still no regular updates... crazy. This is going to be a future business school case in how not to handle a service disruption.
Some level of transparency would go a long way in assuring customers you’re still working on the issue for Chinese customers. There have been no material updates to this problem since it started happening. If you cannot fix it, tell us, so we can switch providers.
