Lumosity has helped me over several years to keep sharp. There is scoring on your 5year group for the range to give your comparative percentile. There are graphs which show accuracy in most games over time. All games are time based an the word games can help me rectify dips in speed and word finding acuity. Word Bubbles is best for this. Raindrops focus on simple arithmetic while Chalkboard Challenge helps with speedy estimations in two comparative equations. I credit Lumosity with slowing my overall age-related decline!
I have played Lumosity close to 10 years on my I Pad……can I play on my I pad?
Was excited to play Lumosity on my new iPad until I learned that it can only be played in portrait mode. I logged in, then, via a browser and (on iPad) it cannot be played via touch screen. I have a keyboard on my iPad that allows for it to function more like a touch screen laptop. But the app is really bad and so is play in general. As I write this, my sentences are vertical while I am typing on my iPad keyboard. Haha. Really Lumosity?
So much fun. I look forward to it every day!!! Some days I beat my own scores from the day before. That’s not often 😄. I Wish I could play with someone else that I knew was playing. But whoever is playing, I enjoy the challenge to my brain!!!
I would play train of thought all day. Please make it it’s own app
I’ve had an outstanding life. Got to thank my missus for that. She saved me. She found me wandering around at a rest stop in Delaware, high on drugs, talking ragtime. She got me cleaned up. Helped me land a job in the insurance game. She got me to try Lumosity. Keep the brain sharp. After about a week on it, all these memories came flooding back, Staten Island, Nandor, Laszlo, Nadja, that Dilbert looking guy. That’s when I realized I was being tested. I’m off to see Nandor in hopes of finally becoming a vampire. Thank you Lumosity for giving me my life back!
Because the train game is really stupid. After the first three trains it doesn’t let you change the tracks and it doesn’t let you get past the trains.
I have been paying premium for a while and it's getting boring because they never add new games. It's not worth it if you're paying and keep playing the same boring games over and overr.
Great for cognitive training. I had a major stroke and this is a great tool!
