Canceled before the trial ended but was still charged for a month.

Disgusting data rip off - modern business model

Paid service but they ask you to give your phone number and email before you can be aware of that. You can get a trial but only with the one year sub that you are expected to forget about. I hate these consumer traps! All that’s wrong with business today.

Cannot copy and paste a phone number to dial

The app will not let me copy and paste a phone number so from contacts or a text message and simply paste it into the dial menu of the app to make a call. It’s maddening I have to write down the number and then manually enter it into the dial menu within the app. Fix this please! And I keep getting notices that there is no king a requirement to merge calls, but clearly that’s not the case. Or is it? And you continue to advertise how easy it is to record incoming calls, but it’s not so easy or intuitive. There’s no just “tap here” to record the incoming call. Why can’t the app recognize I have an incoming call and ask me if I want to record it?

Trying to update payment info

I am trying to give you a new credit card but the app just turns completely black, not allowing me to input. I am afraid I will lose all the recordings I have with my Father who has now passed. Please help me update my payment method.
