I opted for the free trial, after browsing the app for only a few minutes I decided it wasn’t for me and canceled my subscription on my account. 3 days later I was charged for a monthly subscription ($10) even though I made sure to cancel. Thinking I maybe forgot to cancel I went back to my account, and sure enough it said I wasn’t subscribed. No idea how or why they screwed up to charge me. I wouldn’t download this app. Just my opinion. That’s a total scam.
This app is splendid! I like the different classes combos I can choose from, save and do. Settings to limit teacher advise (after I know the correct pose execution), makes the reflection more focused. And I can have a yoga class in my home At anytime, day or night.
So easy to use. Love that there are not only all different levels but all different amounts of time. Recently been using the 10 minutes as a daily stretch. Great

This app is fantastic, I haven’t even spent any money but I plan on doing so when I am more comfortable with the wonderful and free basics. I have been affected by some acute back pain lately, and as a runner and commuter cyclist, I definitely need to spend more time opening up my hips and stretching out in general. The yoga sessions in this app do wonders for me and really make my days a whole lot better.
The one thing that got me to do yoga again. I only really need the beginner basic classes and love that they differ in lengths so you can enjoy yoga even if you only have 15min to spare.
This app went from offering a ton of great free content, to putting it all behind a paywall. I liked the classes fine, but you can find something just as good on youtube and you won’t pay $10/month for stuff that used to be freely available.
The perfect workout at home when you don’t have time to go to the gym or yoga studio or maybe you just prefer the privacy of your own home. I love the peaceful, quiet routine. Not a lot of chat, just the basics and needful info. I love having everything from a 15 minute to an hour long workout for those unexpected days where time is elusive, but a routine is needful. Doesn’t matter your level (beginner, moderate, or advanced) your need (strength, stretch, combo, relax, back etc) There’s something there for you!
