So happy with T-Mobile

I had Internet service with Hughes Net that was terrible. I came to T-Mobile for my Internet service and am very very happy so far. For the price and value of what I am receiving T-Mobile is superb! I am paying less than half of what I was paying with Hughes Net and the product is far superior. .

The app is always glitching, when you try to verify something, it always denies it. When you try to reach out to email provided, it states the email doesn’t exist. You constantly have to try and reload the app so you can login. After you submit a change to be made to one of the lines in your account, through the app, it doesn’t even save the changes.

Paid the phones off they make you buy then wow really nothing works. 3 phones worked ok then boom. Att didn’t even do that. Don’t be too surprised when I’m gone.

I guess they don’t want me buying anything from them.

The app seems to work fine to check my account information, but when I try to upgrade a device, it is pretty much trash. Constantly restarting the process. If I want to try to add something else to the cart, it’s like I never even used the app and starts over.

Worst app ever!!

Not a review of T-Mobile as a service provider but both there mobile app and internet app are complete garbage! The mobile service app constantly tells me there’s no connection even on full Wi-Fi or 5g and it refuses to sign me in to view my statements. I just want to be able to fluidly use the app to view my bills and pay them but the apps are no help at all
