App never works… never gets fixed
I was a faithful Sprint customer for 15 years before the merge. When I heard about the merge I figured I’d give it a shot. What a HUGE disappointment. I live in the Twin Cities, nearly 3.7 million people. I contract with a few of the food delivery apps. EVERY DAY, often more than once a day, I will be driving to a store or to the customer and my phone will show “SOS” meaning no service or searching for service. I NEVER had this issue with Sprint. Yet, all I heard about the merge was “ together, we’ll have an even more powerful network” THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! After 15 years with Sprint and now T Mobile, I’m leaving. The merge made things worse. After talking to T Mobile, getting a new phone, the service is still terrible. They told me there is nothing they could do. I said I’d switch carriers and they unlocked my phone. They didn’t even try ti get me ti stay. So if you’re looking for a cell carrier. Don’t use T Mobile.

Most worst network ever
I must say this app is easy to use and has a ton of information when it comes to managing your T-Mobile account. On a sidenote, the company is solid with its technical support. You call or chat and get real time responses and they solve your issues. Not only do I love using the app. I’m glad that I am using T-Mobile Internet.
I’ve never been able to log into my account using the app, which I put on my phone a few years ago. I use the web site instead. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again numerous times, and still am unable to log on.
Y’all need to fix your platforms. I’m not the only one having the issue of “request timeout” when I use the website. And the app doesn’t work. It sends you to the website that doesn’t work. Which means I can’t pay online. I have to go to a store. Please fix it
Can’t perform any tasks using the app. Loads slowly. Constant error messages.
I have no idea how a company as big as T-mobile has such an awful app - and furthermore, how it has such a high rating. It is constantly glitching. They won’t let you update your payment type, constantly have glitchy bugs, sign me out of the app, and then charge late fees - when their own app won’t even let you pay your bill!! Invest in IT. I’ve had them for over 10 years, but this continues I’m seriously going to consider switching to another provider.
