Very urgent need to update on ios13.2. The application does not open. I can not send an invoice for the work done
I updated to iOS 13, and now I can’t get into the app. It crashes each time. I have no way to retrieve hours worked so I can bill them.
I bought this app because it would sync between devices. In my case my iPhone and iPad. Works great!
Are use this app every day to keep track of my hours for my job. I really like this app. It often takes way too many tabs to clock in or out. A Siri shortcut to clock in or out would be incredible. Please add this feature!
This app was the perfect app for years but then suddenly it stopped syncing across devices. I only noticed this after submitting an invoice to my client and realizing after the fact that I had days of work missing. I found the missing days on my other device. When I contacted support they sent me a link for a refund. I suppose they have just given up. Too bad. UPDATE: now the email invoice function completely stopped functioning, customer support info leads to nowhere, backup and restore IP address returns a server can’t be found error message .... looks like they just ghosted all their customers...
Been using couple years with little issues , Stopped syncing on February 15 , 2019 Contacted support couple of times once got generic response no help If I can get a response and resolve can change rating until then one star . Useless if it can’t sync
I love Hours Keeper Pro but it will not sync between my iPhone and iPad. Both have iOS 12.1 installed. The app developer website doesn’t list this app for support and there is no contact info. Never seen an app this good with so little info online. I’ll change my review to 5 stars if the developer will contact me and answer my sync problems!
I used to use ours keeper and haven’t used it for a while and recently started to try to do some billing again. I have an invoice that I simply cannot send. The send word is grayed out. Nor can I send an email to app support for the same reason. So then I got ours keeper pro thinking that would make a difference and it makes no difference at all. I cannot get in touch with the app people for any kind of support and I’m very frustrated especially now that I’ve paid to have pro. I sent an email from my regular email to what I think is a support email address but have received no response.
When it works it’s great, but sometimes it just breaks. It either syncs or - worse - pretends to sync but does not have most recent numbers. Yeah, this can lead to mistakes in billing - hence the single lousy star rating. Funky interfaces I can handle, but missing / corrupted data is another thing! Deleting and reinstalling the app does not restore the correct data, either. I now take screen shots of the invoice page on the iPad as a safeguard. Backing up and restoring from the cloud is a major headache, to the point where it’s easier to just re-enter your data. Why the app can’t just handle this in a user friendly way is a total mystery. A billing app like this needs to be rock solid, bulletproof, consistent and easy to make incremental backups and restores. Not there yet!
When can we expect an update to support the screen on iPhone X? It is unpleasant to use when it doesn’t fill the screen.
