Very professional and efficient app for faxing. You can fax straight from your computer/device. The app is also secure and even HIPPA compliant, which is very important. It's technology is advanced, yet user friendly.
I am not a fan of the subscription service.
I used iFax in the past when I just had to pay on the go and not subsribe. I send may 1 fax every 2 to 3 years. It's not worth a subscription. iFax should still have the option to charge for a single fax transmission at a higher rate. I wouldn't mind paying even $1 per page but without a subscription.
Helps in sending fax on the go
THis was easy and affordable way to send important documents. It went through faster than any fax i have ever used and I got an email receipt. I will continue to use this in the future.
I have experienced a busy signal to my fax number that was happening more frequently; however, ever since I contacted support my faxes has been coming through.
Recently i sent a 15 page fax. The cost was good, but the pages had missing information. I had PDF documents that required me to type information, like my name, address, birth date etc. After sending the fax, i notice all the typed information was missing. Had to print all 15 pages and went to Staples to send again. I did send an emaI to their "contact support" which included all the information from my computer: App: iFax mac OS 5.5(5.5.15).
I had a valid subscription and tried sending a fax. No matter what I did it wouldn't send just kept trying to get me to sign up for a more expensive plan.
I paid $169 for a one year IFax Pro subscription. This provides for sending and receiving 1,000 pages per month. I can't send a fax, because the app thinks I've already sent 1,000 pages, but I haven't sent any this month. I've emailed back and forth with customer support, and they told me that I only paid for a subscription to sent faxes, not receive. But the in app purchase clearly states that I purchased a subscription to send and receive The app also indicates that my Pro subscrition is active, but it prohibits me from sending faxes, not because I did not purchase a subcription, but because I allegedly sent 1,000 pages, which I did not. How do I get my money back?
Purchased a subscription. Didn’t work exactly when I needed to send an urgent fax. Pointless if you pay for something that ends up causing a financial loss. I needed it until the end of the year so I cancelled it in November knowing that I had until January 2, 2021. In fact it still says in my subscription list that I have until January 2, 2021 and this is November 29th, 2020. I tried to send an urgent fax and they are trying to charge me. I have already paid. It’s not user error, the application preferences says “expiring”. I gave it two stars because it worked when it worked, but it took about 5 to 10 minutes to send each fax and didn’t work exactly when I needed it to work. Apple and app developer, be honest with your customers!
