Bought the app to watch Outlander, as my current cable provider plan does not give me STARZ. Only a few days and I am watching Dublin Murders and have several others lined up. Loving it!
Your site is difficult to navigate, When watching a series of shows it would be nice to see an easy to get to description of other shows in the series. Also, I waste time having to find the show I had to pause as your site doesn’t hold the pause.
The app is completely worthless. It never works. Logs you out then won’t let you back in. Mobile website is just as useless and customer support is no help. It’s not like you’re paying their salary or anything 🙄
I have STARZ through Amazon. I like it very much but I have been waiting for season 5 of Outlander and all I could watch was 1 episode even though it says season 5 is included. Now suddenly I can’t even watch the first 4 seasons! I’m very disappointed since I have been paying for months now. Seriously thinking of moving on. Come on you all, don’t start with a bang and skid to a sudden death. I am a loyal customer but will shut it down. You have lots of binge worthy movies that only offer 1 or 2 seasons. Don’t leave your customers high and dry... 3 STARZ only until you improve the programming and put all the series on. Not just teasers. It gets boring get into a movie only to find that you only offer the beginning but not the end.
The episodes don’t automatically play after another like a Netflix which wouldn’t be a bother but, the app doesn’t accurately keep track of where you left off and where you need to pick up. It has some episode showing as fully viewers, some episodes half viewed and it never leaves me on the right episode. I have to guess on where I’m at if I don’t pay attention. Maybe it’s because I’m casting from my phone to my TV but still it should be able to keep up and accurately save where I left off. Very irritating. I wish they would fix that and I’d probably keep the app. Only downloaded the app to watch Outlander. Best show ever.
Can’t get help on the phone. 16 days to get an email response. The worst!
I signed up for the 3 month free trial and after the first month it asked me to pay again😕
Accidentally closed out app on 1st episode, when I got back into it the app automatically started me on episode 5, didn’t notice until I realized how much the story progressed. Every time I rewind it takes a minute or two to buffer out, looks like bootleg VHS. None of the other streaming services I use do that. When I went back and rewatched fist episode and let it continue to next episode it went back to episode 5. Keeps trying to pickup where I stopped episode 5. Episode 2 continues to 5, episode 3 continues to 5. There’s commercials between episodes too. Nobody paying for streaming services wants to watch a commercial.
Wish there was more. I enjoyed it so much I brought my grandson to play as an extra on the show. Which unfortunately his part was cut but I still faithfully watched every episode. Thanks to the writers, cast and all who was involved Great Job.
