I was watching the Outlander Series when my iPad ran out of power. I tried continuing on my TV, but there wasn’t any episode that noted “to continue the episode” After my Ipad was recharged, I couldn’t find which episode I could continue.
I decided to do the 7 day free trial to check it out. I canceled on the 6th day as I wasn’t thrilled with content options. There’s much better streaming options for half the price. On the 6th day I canceled. I even set an event in my calendar to remind me. I was still charged for the monthly fee. I wouldn’t have noticed had I not looked through my banking app. I’ve tried twice now to talk to support to get the charge reversed. Both times I haven’t even been able to get an agent to respond. Beware! Make sure it’s totally canceled and watch your bank account. Others have told me this has happened to them as well.
I love the content but unable to set to auto-continue play. Ive looked everywhere but cannot find anything where to enable this feature. I also dislike who the program will start from the beginning if you sto the show for awhile.
The app on a smart tv is terrible. Once you finish a show or movie it takes several attempts at pressing the main screen button before it ever takes me back to the main screen. I definitely will not renew my subscription until the app is fixed
Everything good they cancel. Even if that was the only bad thing which they’ve ruined every decent show under their belt, their catalogue is lacking. If you love poor writing like crime shows dive right in. But if you enjoy a good story with good writing walk away, they cancel all of those shows. Worst streaming app I’ve ever payed money to.
The content is great don’t get me wrong, but the user experience is trash. My two biggest issues are that the “continue watching” is basically non existent. I have to go to the series details, select the current season, and scroll all the way down to select the next episode and hope it’s not one I’ve watched before bc a lot of times it doesn’t show I’ve already watched it. Plus my settings do not save (or subtitles- I don’t have to turn them on on any other service, they are just on.) please please fix the UX of this app
Starz’s Facebook is advertising 6 months for $20 but when you click the link it only offers 3 months at $4.99 per month. Not the same, illegal and immoral bait and switch. Lost me as a potential customer.

I can’t believe there’s no option to remotely log out of Starz on all devices. Every major streaming platform has that functionality. My account is being used on devices I wish to be removed, and there’s no way to have that remedied? Unbelievable. Account holders shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to have their accounts accessed by unwanted parties. Other streaming platforms have proven it’s as simple as a having a button on the account settings page. So disappointed. Will be letting my membership expire, in hopes that log in will be prompted should I decide to renew in the future.
I don’t know what normally happens to my downloads, every time I download movies to watch later while traveling, you will see the movies download to completion but later nothing appears under downloads. What is happening?
