This is terrible every time I watched my episode always upgrade. After upgrading still I can’t watched my teleserye. I try to chat the customer service but still the same they didn’t solved the problem
The app opens as a free app but will not upgrade to allow access to premium contact. Apple shows active subcription but TFC only shows upgrade. Pressing upgrade displays already subscribed. Then unknown error. Update: too many issues to list, but a few more. Using an Apple subscription upgrade, it shows premium after login, but shows are still locked. Is TFC charging twice for some shows? Support and chat never answer. There seems to be referential problems depending on how you login. Using the same email you get two different accounts if you log in with an email password, or an Apple password, or Facebook. You cannot use the app to log in a Smartv via code. Logging the tv in via email gives the wrong account. The show that showed locked on premium was the house arrest of us. Why does it always froze it constantly does it everyday it’s starting to annoy your subscribers u guys need to update your system or lose a lot of customers it only takes a word mouth to spread the u ain’t doing your job to fix the problem!!!!
I browsed through the free category cause I can’t buy the subscription, there is a great selection but there’s just one show I really want to watch but it’s a bit older. I searched for it they don’t have it, even locked. Is there by any chance you guys could create (tv show requests to bring back) ? anyways all was great :) I highly recommend!!
No option to “fill screen” when watching videos on an iPhone. Dowload option doesn’t work. It never worked properly for as long as I remember. I hope the developer test run it on iOS devices first before dropping any updates to make sure it is working properly.
The Audio and the videos doesn’t sync in! can y’all fix that by any chance?
I’m paying for premium package but on my app I only have basic package.. Contact all customer service but couldn’t find solution.
It’s been years now since your app is launched yet it’s still the one and only app I’ve come across in my whole life to be as broken as this. Either actually work on fixing your app or remove it from the appstore. Y’all even have the audacity to keep advertising this. Useless garbage.
** UPDATE ** Only the top half of the login screen is visible when the app is launched. I had to scroll down to get to the input fields to sign in. This is bad user experience, looks like a layout issue. Looks fine on an iPhone, but really off on an iPad. — [Can’t log in] on the iPad Pro. However, movie streaming still seems to work on the iPhone and web. Please fix this ASAP, especially for your premium paying customers!
This app is still broken. Says it needs to download update, and when it does, it never opens. Just watch everything online instead is the work around. Hoping they fix this issue soon. But as we all know, it’s gonna take at-least a year before anything is fixed. And to the customer support, I don’t want to hear “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” bull. If you’re not giving me a date on when it’s going to be fixed, don’t respond to this.
