Slow app

App is forcing log out and is not doing well with smart tv mirroring. Smart Tv app version is the same. Great features but app needs technical improvement. I’d like to keep the subscription but not worth it if technical issues and smart tv and smartphone app support is crappy.

Misleading

I have been a customer of two years, they have taken away the option to watch ASAP on demand. Also, they have not been up to date with recents shows of It’s Showtime. It seems they are making it difficult for paying customers to enjoy the shows they are supposed to offer.

Subtitles feature

I only have a lower rating because this app used to have the subtitles option on the shows and movies but now it’s full on only Tagalog which being a English speaker even tho I love the shows it’s not possible to watch I hope they bring back the subtitles feature

Some concerns

I would have given a 5 star but sadly to say when I was watching it using my Fire Stick, the show had been cut-off in the middle. Can’t figure out the cause of it.
