English subtitles

I don’t have the subtitle option anymore and I can’t watch my favorite shows, due to me not knowing the language. Makes me sad. Might have to cancel membership if it can’t be resolved. :(

How come it’s not available in the US?

It says it’s not available in my territory and now I’m afraid that the new Apple TV 4k that I bought will be just wasted since I bought the thing so that my parents can watch their shows on the big screen. Not on a computer and on a website.


Please make the app for APPLE TV.

Paid subscription not working

I use the paid version. They limit to 5 devices. However I have not been able to watch due to a glitch in their app that revives the 6th device right after deleting it. Please fix the bug.

Charge never allowed you to access movies and episode

Just wanna share my experience, I been charge straight for 2 months but I cant access any movies and episodes, every time I click the movie and episode it direct me to its trailer not the actual movie. They keep on charging me and not letting me enjoyed it.

Great content. Can’t turn on EN subtitles!

My Filipina wife loves the content. I love to watch “Be Careful with my Heart” with her. Using an Amazon FireTV stick, when I select the menu bars in lower right corner (where subtitles should be), it’s completely impossible to turn on subtitles for this show in the app. Rather than showing subtitle menu, it brings up a Search bar?! Also, the episodes are listed only in one season… Please fix the subtitle bug for this show.

SoNot friendly USER!

I truly get it that your updating or developing your software! But it’s all for your benefits without thinking of your subscribers! Your making it harder for us to connect, to navigate or to watch using your app!! Just like today, 10/10/22. I can’t connect my phone through air play to watch some shows! I have tried all the possible ways to ease the disappointments, like deleting the app completely for several times, signing off and on, nothing works! So I decided to go the my Amazon Video! Darn, it just log on & watched the movie in really, literally without pain! And the worst with iWant TFC, there’s no customer service to technical support to call! You guys are lucky that the Chanel is just for Filipinos that can deal with all these shenanigans! Otherwise several paying customers will have so many legal battles against the TFC!

Not working properly and charge me 2 times

I purchased the application by $12 but still i neeed to pay for the apps. They it charge me 2 months but still I can’t use the app.

Keeps crashing

This app keeps crashing on tv. It’s a hit or miss. You can watch it or you can’t. Recently, when I open it on tv, i get a message that I don’t have a permission to watch episodes and that I need to go to the web to purchase even if I’m already logged in and subscribed. Hello, excuse me???? You already got my $12.99 monthly subscription and I can’t watch my show? They need to do better than this.
