I have a week reserved in September at Fort Wilderness and Annual passes that expire in a July. I have attempted to call in to renew to no avail. So I am stuck with a resort reservation, expired annual passes and no way to make reservations to any of the parks for the entire week! Latest recording after I attempted to call 53 times.... very busy call back next week! Today is last day to make park reservations prior to opening to non pass holders. Would love to know what recommendation you have!
Love the fact there is a little part of Disney in my phone. The is the only app you need. Booking made easy. Every time you update or change the style it harder to do things.
Waited four hours on hold only to be treated like crap by the cast member. Going to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Unbelievable!!
The times on your app don’t match the actual restaurant times! 11:00pm on the app but it actually closes at 10 and still processes the payment. So now I have try and get that money back. Good preparation Disney.
Have spent more than 6 hours total holding while calling Disney phone lines, tech support, resort info. Of the three customer service and tech support reps, no one has been able to help. Unable to complete park reservations for dates of our stay despite countless attempts and phone calls. Extremely frustrated.
I would like to cancel my reservation but it does not allow me to on the app. I tried calling this morning, was on hold for 3 hours and my call was dropped. I tried the chat and lost the connection using the app.
