Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours & schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate & email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. Some Disney PhotoPass Lenses may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases & will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases. Love the ambition and what they're trying to do but more UX research needed for most common action and more intuitive search.

Disney is like a hot cocoa. If you drink it too fast, you’ll scald your mouth. If you drink it too slow it will get cold. But if you drink it just right, it will be good and sweet.
Not the best app
Hard to find shows and figure out of things. Preferred to use paper maps than app.
I Love You Disney!
I love you Disney! Wonderful family memories over 4 Generations!!! Wow! Thank you for the Disney Magic! However, bring about some of the original magic. No more paying extra for skipping the line. Please! Real people save for the vacation f a lifetime. Please make it accessible for all! Please!
Worst most unproductive day ever!!
Hollywood is the worst ever, Star Wars most closed, paid for all the passes, yet can’t get in the stupid ride because we failed to stay on property, super long non-moving lines and employees are non-existent or attitudes, please, you have down the graphics but leave the rides to Universal or Six Flags, heck we got better service and more for our cash at the freaking State Fair!!! Horrible, I would rather work 6 13 hour shifts in the ER than come here again!

This is very confusing, you can’t pick anything from the list won’t give you options. It was a ware of money.

Could you come up with a feature that is more difficult to find and purchase?
Ticket transfer
Either I can’t figure it out, or it’s super hard to transfer a ticket to someone’s else’s account so they have access in there Apple wallet.
