Can not express how pleased we all are !
All at WDW are doing the best they can during these troubling times. It certainly isn’t as it was in the past and we hope before too long the good old times will again return,
App doesn’t have a logic or easy to follow flow. Lots of capability just not really well executed. Especially when linking with a group.
Anytime I look on my pass information, the app crashes.
Many times bugs out, but it’s a must for any wdw trip
Tamale it easier to change parks. This is frustrating
This app was more interested in trying to get me to buy more things instead of showing me basic stuff like wait times and maps. And then to top it all off immediately after my Disney visit my credit card information was stolen.
Love this app
There is little to no information when it comes to how to move around the parks. If your not in tune with your phone and are comfortable navigating through your phone for just about everything then you will struggle. There is little to no help with answers either. Just go to the app.! Is what you get. I was understanding that The bands are supposed to allow you to pay so you don’t have to carry any credit cards or money. Well that is simply not true. One place takes the band and the next one doesn’t. Very inconsistent and challenging as you are sitting out in the heat trying to load a credit card number all while ordering your food and someone leaning over you telling you to continue to social distance and where a masks. Overall crowds were light and made moving through the park much easier. Lines were much shorter and for the most part moved pretty fast. It’s been years since O have been here and it is no longer the happiest place on earth. There not rude, but they are not out of the way friendly.
Horrible connection to internet even with full bars
