I’ve never been more frustrated with an app or system. I can’t talk to anyone and I have no idea how to find what I need!

Epcot visit

Visiting Epcot today. It was terrible rides breaking down long lines no Resturant could accommodate walk in s. App was terrible won’t go back there trying animal kingdom tomorrow hopefully experience will b better. My review had to b changed from one star to five stars to b posted system won’t let I give a low rating

Not magical

Antiquated. Any attempt to reach someone to help is impossible. I have been on hold for 3 hours with the chat and a customer service line, simultaneously. I can not imagine a worse app for a multi billion dollar company that charges you for every minute you spend in their parks.

Waits are crazy long. Only got about one ride every two hours.

Mask mandate madness

Every single person is fingerprinted with a scanner walking through the gate with no sanitizing in between. Rides are touched by every single person riding the ride. But masks are required without any exemptions. Give us a logical explanation of how this makes any sense? Doesn’t feel so magical here anymore. Too bad.

Disappointed that Magic Kingdom had no scooters or wheelchairs available. Half the stores and places were not open. Transportation process from Disney hotel never explained until trying to get on bus.

We just want to visit Disney and enjoy. App, virtual queue, reservations, are a disaster. Sorry we renewed our annual pass. Disappointed 172

Great idea, lousy execution

The ideas behind this app are great, and it IS great when it works. The app is full of bugs, and has been for the 3+ years that my family has been using it. Occasionally, the developers throw out a new version that completely breaks functionality. Case in point, the latest version broke the filters for dining reservations. These used to be very easy to use and seamless. Now, the filters are a royal pain to try to use. I don’t know if it’s the management team that has screwed up, or if the development and QA gems are simply THAT bad. As many folks as I know who complain about the bugs in this app, I’m really surprised at the high rating.

Missing information

This new app doesn’t easily show the tickets and days remaining on my friends and family list (members that I book for). I am spending way too much time searching for information that has disappeared. It also won’t let me book their parks because it says they don’t have tickets!!!!
