The app keeps telling me that I have poor or no internet connection, even though I have full service. Very frustrating! I have no info!
Fast pass lines are as long as the standby lines. Dealing with technical issues on linking family members on the Disney App at Guest Relations in 2 separate parks in the same day meant 2 hours wasted. Everest ride down all day, 2-3 hour wait for only other worthwhile rides at Animal Kingdom. Guest Relations staff was wonderful, just had a glitch getting passes linked correctly.
1 Star Family of six and we went to Animal Kingdom. The main reason we chose this park was to check out Pandora. We could not fastpass either of the rides and there is no one we can stand in line for over 3 hours with 4 kids for a ride. Expedition Everest was not working and no idea when it would resume. Primal Whirl roller coaster was also down. And there were 3 trips back to the front of the park because our wrist bands were not working correctly. We are still here and trying to make the best of it but the kids and myself are pretty disappointed.

App froze and didn’t work to order food
I have an iPhone 6 and I don’t understand how we pay so much and Disney can’t make an app. PLEASE FIX!!!! I tried reinstalling. NOPE.
We have 3 teenagers in tow that have never been here to Disney World. My wife and I have been frequent visitors since the park opened. We told the teenagers Disney is not your typical theme park, but there were some thrill rides in each park. We got to MK yesterday and Big Thunder Mountain was closed all day - 1 of our 3 Fast Passes wasted. Today, at Animal Kingdom, Everest is closed - another Past Past wasted. We go over to at least ride Primeval Whirl to find it closed for the day. Teenagers want more than “It’s a Small World.” Don’t know what the next 2 days will hold, but this is one family that will blast Disney at every opportunity and not be back, not that Disney cars given the mass of humanity here. Disney is not an inexpensive vacation. One could at least expect better support than this.
After joining DVC our family has come to expect the best service, magical entertainment, and supercalifragilistic fun. We have never been disappointed and love making Disney one of our yearly family vacation!
Everest broken since the park opened this morning! Now all other rides wait times have tripled! So not only do we not get to do Everest after driving from California but we have to wait three times as long for all other rides.
