Very difficult to sign in. If you already have a subscription (since 1986) they want you to resubscribe
I have paid subscription yet the app loads stories so slowly i give up and go to wear tv. Seems to be the ads that are slowing it down. It used to be faster. I am going to cancel if it doesnt get better

Photo albums won’t load
I Love the PNJ APP. I have had it for at least five years. I work offshore and it is easy to keep up with the local news. Recently I cannot open up the photo galleries or the videos. When I try the app shuts down. I called support and they connot find my account. I pay $7.99 a month thru iTunes. I do not know what the account number is and they cannot find it thru an email address or home address. I love the app , but support not so much.

Since the latest update, when the page loads, all the columns are present, but almost immediately they disappear, leaving only the photographs and a blank page. If you go back a page, then forward, it will reload and may or may not be readable. After a few minutes, the app crashes and you have to start over again. No place in app to contact developers or PNJ regarding issues.
This app no longer works since I upgraded my devices to iOS 14. I’m a subscriber to the PNJ, so I’m paying for it. Please update!!!!!! We’re post hurricane and need news!
This app just doesn't work. It quit opening completely after a few days use- just when we really need access to news after hurricane Sally. Tried reloading, still won't open!
