Haven had a problem that hasn’t been fixed. Wish keeping tracks of recites and money going out was easier.
I am a carpenter and don’t love the paperwork side of being in business for myself so anything to make that easier is appreciated. I have used this app for two years and never had any regrets about the app. I do warn you about not using the credit card payment feature, which is processed through Stripe. I had a large payment get accepted by Stripe, that Stripe then refused to pay out on. It took two months and threats of legal action by both myself and my client who made the payment before Stripe would refund my client their money. I refuse to ever do business with Stripe again, but I continue to use the app because it’s worth it.
I’m using the time tracker and when it’s over it forces you to add it to a new invoice every time. Before I could just cancel out of that screen and come back and make a new invoice with multiple times by searching the client name and it was super easy. Now my times are disappearing or I will create an invoice and I though I saved it but apparently it’s completely disappeared as well. I do not recommend using this confusing app. Maybe I just didn’t take enough time to understand how the new updates work but I don’t feel like this is user error.

Our partially payed invoices are showing up as fully paid. Even one of our unpaid invoices was showing up as paid in full. I’m Not totally sure if it was me that made this mistake showing it payed but it’s very unlikely because I check them daily. The settings are somewhat confusing now with this last update. The iOS contact information for company (example, ABC COMPANY) doesn’t import correctly into the proper business name field. It places the contact persons name into the business name field instead. Someone is getting to fancy with the app and it’s beginning to get confusing!

Hello, I tried this app and quit it the first time in 2000. Then I went back to it in 2011, and used it until today! Ten years!!! They keep making random changes. They don’t ask what would benefit me. So. I’m over it! I get every business is different. But I own and operate a construction and food service business. And ever time they decide to make an improvement, it messes up everything! I don’t mind change, but this makes more work every time!!! PSA—-GET QUICKBOOKS!!!!!!! **We have talked on the phone! They did not resolve any issues !!
