About 3 years ago one of our group found the app on line & urged others to use it. The snowbirds & the locals in this group now have The Grint app on their phones. Given the recent implementation of the World Handicap System some glitches happened with the par & slope rating conforming to the recent Puerto Rico USGA re-rating the course. However the support team at The Grint always responded to my requests to correct matters in a timely fashion. This app deserves a 5 star rating for all the things it can do & the quality support team at The Grint. KC - Pro Member

Best golf app i have used. Very comprehensive and the stats are awesome. The tour is great as well chance to play with others in your area of a similar skill level. 👍🏾👍🏾

Signing on to move to the WHS so you can keep a handicap on the app is a COMPLETE MESS. The responding auto email the send outlining all the problems they att having is a mess. Are they going to get it fixed???? Doesn’t look promising. I loved the app last season.
** Updating review to 5-stars based on changes - really good concept and fantastic tool for managing your handicap / tracking stats, just know that there’s been a number of issues as they moved to the new World Handicap System. It’s a small team that’s putting in the hard work on the app, so you may have to expect a delay in response times to support. To their credit - the team fixed all my issues below and I’m now fully up and running with the new Pro membership 👍🏼 Original review: Do not use this app right now - major bugs and problems after their January update. I paid for their “Pro” membership and the app doesn’t recognize my status, despite the fact the App Store already processed payment against my credit card. Emailed support multiple times (including a copy of my payment receipt) and no response for 10 days. Tried deleting / reinstalling multiple times to no avail, too. Great tool that I’ve used for two years to track stats... but do not use this app or pay for any subscriptions until they fix it.

This app provides the correct handicap index but incorrect handicap. If you take your index to the USGA Handicap Calculator you can then you will then have your correct handicap under the new World Wide System. I had hoped the latest February update would correct this bug but it did not. I have brought this issue to the attention of The Grint at least three or four times but it still has not been resolved as February 7, 2020. Is it worth $19.99 for The Grint to provide you with a compliant handicap? In my opinion it certainly not using this app!
I finally upgraded to Pro with the implementation of the WHS. Everything in The Grint appears fine and my handicap is valid; however, my WHS# provided by The Grint is 8 digits and GHIN# should only be 7. After a month I still cannot find my handicap through USGA or GHIN. No response from The Grint when I emailed about this issue.
